Lot of experience gained with understandingreat different characters.
Retail requires most of your time. It also require's selflessness, understanding different characters also having to deal with people's attitude's on different levels. Mostly effective way to deal with all the pressure in a polite manner. You also learn to be assertive though work relations are not to be compromised.
Pros: Be eager to learn new in that way u gain knowledge and experience
Cons: Retail hours are the worst you get less time to yourself. You spend most at work.

Yes it is a learning curve.
Employees are not appreciated in the company. We work to the best of our ability but its just never enough to make us happy and satisfied. We as employees find happiness amongst ourselves at all times. I have learnt different kinds of customers and how to deal with them. When the file is following and collecting large amounts is the best part cause. The most challenging part about this job is when the file is not going well and the amounts being collected are low because at the end of the day there is a target that needs to be reached.
Pros: No opportunities for growth its just incentives that have a great opportunity.
Cons: The hours are fine they are manageable.

Super excellent learning curve
Overall it's a great company which has most support structures to develop people and better anderstanding corporate environment. We had an open door policy which made my working day much easier to communicate with every departments and all structures from top manager to normal staff wokers, work wise and socially. As we all know retail is all about figures that was a stressful part during my work day if are not met and made the team player and team leader, sticking to the plan or be able jangly around the the plan always gives positive results.

Fast learner doing multiple job
Relocate to Bloemfontein due to family matters and I resigned at work because there was no space this side.am a hard working,fast on adapting situation and willing to learn new things.love challenges as well

Excellent learning
My job is a very demanding job but i enjoy working there. Especially as a cashier i enjoy interacting with the costomers because i get to learn so much from them. I also enjoy working with my team because we are a winning team. We make sure that we work together. It is such a loving working Environment

Great working experience with necessary exposure to custumer services
A typicall work day involves opening of stock and merchandising the floor, communicating with customers while providing excellent customer services. Working with others in a friendly environment and incorporating team work with minimal conflict. I have learnt excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure especially during festive season. Challenges encountered would be stock loss.

I have a very interesting job.
We deal with close to 1000 stores, doing i.t support for all stores dealing with all different types of individuals. I have patience with the team. I assist with the hardware and software of the stores. I am really close to my co-workers we share a bond as a team as we believe in team work. I have learnt many things through this company E.g: Microsoft SQL, mobile pos device, apple devices POS applications, restoring of databases. I enjoy the challenge, the pressure is like an adrenaline rush for me and I love being challenged. working with SLA's is challenging and also the will to learn in depth information with regards to I.T.
Pros: Great opportunity in the long run.
Cons: Very long working hours.
