Great learning curve

Mrp is a great company to work for. At time it requires a lot of effort and hard work. It's a team co-ordinated place,target driven,and mrp customers comes first. I have learned that every individual is different and have different goals.

Good training on customer care

Im always the first at work, i start work early. It consists of emails, calls and interaction with helping customers to process their accounts. I have an open relationship with most co-workers. I am very friendly and get along well with everyone in my office. I have learnt good customer skills, and communication skills, also how to deal with problems. I enjoy the atmosphere at work. Sometimes meeting targets when there is no work available, but that just gives me more drive to work harder at completing the task.

Good

I would like to apply for a hotel receptionist. I am currently working for MRP GROUP as a quality assurance agent I am a dynamic individual who has a proven track record of been punctual, enthusiastic and willingness to learn. I believe I would be an asset to the company. I have been employed with Mr Price since 2005 and have knowledge of 2 different departments which is customer service and quality assurance departments. You will find me as someone who is able to work under pressure and juggle multiple tasks at once to meet deadlines. I have attached my CV and eagerly await your feedback.

E-Learning and numberwise provide the best learning curve.

I had the best learning experience and growth due to program a provided.Team work is the name of the game and it works the best.Dreams and beliefs are goals needed to be achieved which helps in goal setting.Shifts are either from 9:00 -18:00 or 11:15 -20:15 with two days off every week.It is very nice to work as team because the job gets done quickly.And we are family.It is difficult to prepare for a visit in December since it is always busy and hard to make the store look as good as it should be.

Working in the IT division always create new learning curves each day

the company I work for is really amazing, as a retail company we have lots of fun and understanding, work gets done, we work hard and when its time to play we play, I have been blessed to work with great colleagues, always teaching me and guiding me through everything ever since I started, it is an honor to mention we are all open minded and friendly, we also know our goals in the company as individual associates and we always strive to achieve this.

Pros: there are way too many opportunities in the company over time worked
Cons: working hours are very long for the CTC involved
