Great company. Employees are the number one priority.
A day in MRP is Simple. We get to work and start off with a prayer in the Morning. Each Team Leader meets with their team discussing the previous days performance.

Excellent
Working at Mr price group I learned so many things you have to have great customer service each other and treat your client with respect always work as team to achieve your daily basis goal,have passionate about your work,i even learn to multitask is great Have good service towards customer greet them and always say thank you after helping them .i real do enjoy with my team I enjoyed helping my customer with passion until they get what they want Don't let other people change you we face different customer but stick to your good mood Thanks

E-Learning and numberwise provide the best learning curve.
I had the best learning experience and growth due to program a provided.Team work is the name of the game and it works the best.Dreams and beliefs are goals needed to be achieved which helps in goal setting.Shifts are either from 9:00 -18:00 or 11:15 -20:15 with two days off every week.It is very nice to work as team because the job gets done quickly.And we are family.It is difficult to prepare for a visit in December since it is always busy and hard to make the store look as good as it should be.

Great learning curve
Mrp is a great company to work for. At time it requires a lot of effort and hard work. It's a team co-ordinated place,target driven,and mrp customers comes first. I have learned that every individual is different and have different goals.

Excellent learning environment
Great working opportunity,but requires hard work and dedication. Work long hours standing all day. Meet deadlines. Overall it is a pleasant working environment,interacting with customers in a friendly manner.

No place for growth unless you are family or friends of management
I gained a lot of experience dealing with customers, ensuring all products look presentable. I also enjoyed working on my communication skills. The working hours did nor have a correlation with the pay.

Excellent place to learn and grow but not a company that you can work for, for the rest of your life
Its a nice company to work for and has a lot of growth opportunities for young individuals and it does a lot socially and economically. The most challenging aspect is that in order to grow you must have been so dearest to the line management which is something that is not possible for everyone.
