Excellent place to learn and grow but not a company that you can work for, for the rest of your life

Its a nice company to work for and has a lot of growth opportunities for young individuals and it does a lot socially and economically. The most challenging aspect is that in order to grow you must have been so dearest to the line management which is something that is not possible for everyone.

Good

It was good working at the busy place,working as the team with different cultures and costumers. Dealing with different people each and everyday gave me alot of experience. My relationship with my co-workers was good. Sharing ideas with my formal colleagues is the best things I was always enjoying.

Excellent learning curve

Mrp is a very nice company but the staff is under paid. The staff is being over worked. No room for promotions, and management isnt always friendly, unfair treatment towards staff by management.
