Excellent leanering curve
I have good matric results one of my dreams is to see myself as one of the leading key individual on the company . I view myself as an analytical thinker who learns best when I am given the opportunity to apply my mind as opposed to just going through the motions of day-to-day duties. I am an output orientated person and seeking to being part of a team that is output driven and also an asset to the team. It would be most beneficial to my growth to be part of a team that is willing to invest in my learning process by exposing me to the entire cycle. In doing this, I would be able to pin point what set of skill is required for each phase and what skills I need to further develop to ensure that I am in a suitable position to be able take responsibility when required

I've learned how to be profession at work and rocking your daily target at the same time.
Working at Liberty it as a greate exposure to the corporate world.I gained so much experience and I'm able to navigate different systems. My colleagues were very friendly to me and tested me like permanent staff, always willing to help and they have me more work to challenge me and I enjoyed every single moment of it.
Pros: Getting the opportunity to be in the Liberty leanership was an entry for meforme to know the lilinvestment and insurance workes and I'm glad because today I can even manage my own budget after attending the wealth management training.O gained experience in the different systems that are used and know how the corporate world works.

I am ambitious, unique, responsible, and enjoy working in a challenging environment and that helps me to acquire skills and experience to add on my competency level and to add value to the organization. Have good communication skills and work well with people. I am humble and grounded but then I work hard to get what I want, I am also a very patient person. Honesty is one of the values. Liberty is not what it seemed
The company culture is not enabling, very self- conceited environment with ego and power driven bosses who protect each away from being held accountable. Typical day included sales pipeline development and extensive training sessions. Relationships at work were hindered as managers gang up on you. I learnt that what the company stands for and what happens on the floor differ completely. I enjoyed all non-managers, except fellow Sales Managers and the conferences provided valuable insight. The challenge was the extent of maturity of my managers and lack of impartiality and fairness.

Life at Liberty
a typical day at work: is getting there half an hour before start time at 7am and leave at 3:30. every Monday our team leader sends a target plus an incentive to leave early on Friday when met. our normal target is to make 40 commitments with 100 cases dialed per day, to client who just opened a new policy and welcome come them to Liberty this also entails we do updates on clients profile do any service requests, and also arrange premiums in arrears. my relationship with co-workers: is a pleasant one, I'm good friends with people who trained me on the job and those I buddied with. what I have learnt: is that work is and can be competitive and also fun, especially in the field I'm in. what I enjoy most: is meeting target and enjoying the incentives often given eg. shopping vouchers.. the most challenging aspect: would be consistency on a daily basis, especially when I'm a perfectionist and have to do things a certain way!

Learning curve
As a manager I have supported and provides leadership to the Solution Architects in the maintenance and efficient operations for all areas of my responsibility. I have worked closely with the Client Managers to co-ordinate activities and resources in support of projects that impact multiple departments, systems/workflows with low to moderate risk complexity or multiple projects simultaneously with lesser risk or complexity.
