Learning to work under pressure
To work in my company is very good it teaches to work under pressure and to be always punctual all the time. It teaches to work hard so that we can reach our target on time.

Underwriter of note
I work with over 7 countries in Africa, dealing with Individual, Group and Credit life applications. Travelling to these countries to offer training in the team and new members joining the company. Sometimes it becomes a bit much to travel. I have great relationship with my colleagues and management.

Hard worker
A typical workday will comprise of having to ensure that my daily target is met and I have assessed the consultants in a fair way as that of TCF standards. I get along with my colleagues, there is a level of respect, I'm funny and always bring a smile in people's faces. Team work is important as it ensures that the company's strategies are aligned and adhered to. I can request assistance from my colleagues which makes it easy for consistency. With my current post I have learnt that it is important to stand your ground especially when disputes arise, stick to my facts and go over and above what is expected of me. Dealing with a diversity of people, I get to coach them and encourage them to be better people personally and during their work. The most challenging aspect about my job is people not understanding what QA is about and they have a negative attitude towards you and not improving even when you give them the support they need.

Was great to work for such a wonderful company but I needed more exposure and growth in my life
Great company.EXcellent people to work with. The company has good support system.liberty is a company has a good reputation.I have been with the company for 5 years and in that 5 years was promoted to be a team leader.I have gained so much.I have also developed into a great manager were I lead people and driving them through results.I Have also learned that at all times processes must always be followed.Honest and integrity is one of the key factor within the company.I have enjoyed my stay with the company but I feel now it's time for me to move on for New challenges and seek something that will add value in my professional life.

My experience at Liberty Corporate
At Liberty the operational word is Treating customers fairly and putting the client first. There is a lot of regulatory information that the administrator has to comply with. Liberty ensures that this is adhered to. a typical work day for me is reviewing documents done by team, providing support and assistance to my team, meeting with other managers to ensure all project timelines are on track and liasing with the regulator on compliance issues. I have learnt to ensure that work I have reviewed is checked and is correct the first time around. I enjoy working with people and ensuring that i bring the best out of them.
Pros: lerning a lot of new things
Cons: they tend to like to keep people in contractual jobs for years in Liberty Corporate despite the people's loyalty and experience.

Review of my experience
It is an environment whereby I am always on the move in order to fulfil appointments, give financial advising, including administration. I have learned to be independent to perform well and meet targets, learned to work on monthly short term projects and to handle pressure. What I have enjoyed is the flexibility of working environment with self time management. it is a place with friendly colleagues and my most challenging aspects with my job is income fluctuation, commission based. Some income production factors can be totally out of my control.

Great experience
Learned a lot in the financial and insurance industry. Everyday you follow your leads and meet the the clients financial needs. The collegues were great people to work with,learned a lot from them.

Good opportunity, yet difficult to keep my head above water , working for Four Brokers
A typical workday - Would be Starting at 8 am and then working for four Brokers, I get overloaded with work and need to take work home with me , in order for everything to be done for the next day , I don’t get off days or sick leave , and I I take a off day I have to work in my hours. I Enjoy the environment, yet some people can be annoying, as when Iam very busy and they come stand by my desk. I have learnt basically everything I need to know in order to keep new business coming in , and to make sure policies are issued when it’s close off. Most challenging is to try and make sure everything is done at once , as this is expected of me , I have to assist and do everything basically at the same time , as everyone thinks Iam a robot , yes I enjoy some days , but mostly it’s difficult to keep everyone happy .
