Working at Liberty has been such a pleasant journey mainly because of the culture with the Organisation. My work is a shift based with one week working from 06am to 02pm and the following week working from 02pm to 10pm and lastly working from 10pm to 06am. We get a one week off. I have a very good working relationship with my colleagues and also with my Manager. I have learned a lot in the past 7 years working at Liberty particularly from IT operations side, when I arrived at Liberty, I was only skilled with Mainframe operations and now, including Mainframe, I also have learned more Systems. The most challenging aspect of my job is working shift and the evolving of the IT industry which comes with having to keep up to date with all the new systems.

Good starting point

The environment is not so tense, people are treated like professionals and all that matters is that your job is done. There is level of maturity that is expected of me as an employee. The relationship between co-workers is very good and wee are like a close knit family. I have learnt to be professional and how to handle myself in an open plan environment, and also learnt how to handle conflict even if its with a co-worker. I enjoy the environment and how we are laid back.

Sense of belonging

Fantastic company to work. People are definitely their competitive edge. You are a person before you are an employee. The well being of employees is always top of mind.

Good learning curve

Its a all day tryping job,, all day on the phone looking for clients and booking them for the FA. I had enough time to work and i was looked after on lunch.

Always lives a room for development from those who have been in the industry

the working environment can be tense at some days because of the pressure of business since the market is broad, and competitors can create tension in the office environment more if people earn on commission, but beside that the his nothing that makes me happy in the office than fulfilling the promises we make to clients and seeing the difference we make as a company to our clients

Excelent

I work freely alone, also with my team mates if we were tald to do so. We work as many hours as we like; shoul a client call after hours I free to funnish him or her with the needed information. At work we communicate with social networks, emails or evin call our admnin during their luch times because we are like frainds and we respect each other.

Goal driven, ambitious, hardworking, reliable, trustworthy, focused

It is a very challenging occupation which requires alot of hardwork and dedication. Travelling is essential to ensure maximum results. I have a good relationship with all my colleagues and we work very well together. One of the important things I learnt is how to present oneself to the public and how to conduct a sale to ensure success. I enjoy the travelling and the challenges that come with the job. The most challenging aspects is developing a good attitude in order to keep motivated and stay on top of things

Willing to be promoted to a management possition if oppotunity arise.

I like working freely but doing my target everytime. Also I help co-workers a lot in order to get what ever the need to do thier tagerts, Surely I manage to work under preasure and extra hours if I'm not done with my job, till I get it done. I talk with every employee in my Company, I don't have a no go area.

My current working environment

I provide financial advising to individuals and corporates do the financial need analysis and provide appropriate solutions. I identify prospects and build client base, maintain customer relationship and achieve performance targets. My business background before I moved into financial planning. I have over 10 years’ experience of working in a business environment, dealing with clients and advising them in terms of analytical services that offered. My previous experience is certainly helping me in my present profession as a financial adviser. In my previous experience, I was dealing with a number of compliance issues in a regulated environment, which helps me now a great deal because compliance is my norm. I can’t do without it. There are rules and regulations that I have to comply with and maintain a high standard of customer service and business ethics in the financial industry. I have vast experience in performance management and improvement.
