Excellent learning curve
I started to work at liberty the year 2015 August 1 and ended 2016 July 31.My experience with the company is very good because it taught me to be confident, punctual,patient and humble.working for an inbound call centre was not easy because you talk to different characters and some are rude and impatient. I enjoyed helping older clients because they were more patient and understanding.

Excelent
I have learned a lot like, on how to handle different kinds Of clients. And on wolking in a tearm. I trust myself in every situation that arises in a job that I might be given. Surely working for targets and on deadline is what I'm good at.

Liberty Life is a young & dynamic company. I assist Financial advisors & clients giving them the best service possible. I enjoy people and have great job satisfaction problem solving. I am a great team player & work well independently. I have learnt not to get involved with office gossip & politics. Because of this I have got to a stage where I enjoy working independently. My challenge would be keeping FA's & clients happy at the same time, while under a busy, pressurized schedule.

Liberty offers a good a graduate programme
It's good working for liberty, the people are very nice and helpful. It is such a good environment to work in. I have learned so much and developed good time management skills and presentation skills.

Passionate about learning
I always keep busy as I am unable to sit around doing nothing whether there is an unexpected power cut or not. My co-workers and I share a good relationship, especially the Area Sales Manager as we know each other around 11 years. They understand that I adhere to the rules, however there are exceptions to the rule, provided they do not break the law, or go against the company's vision and moral standards. Clients are King. I enjoy being busy and especially enjoy the rush during close off. The most challenging aspect is that my efficiency and effectiveness is sometimes interpreted incorrectly with colleagues who work a little slower or are more relaxed that I seem to be. I have learnt to understand and accept that all people are different and therefore each individual each needs to be treated accordingly.
Pros: Meeting people from all walks of life
Cons: Usually voluntarily work late during the week of close off in order to ensure that the advisers are remunerated for all their hard work.

Learning opportunity
I am customer centric and thats what my job requires, i woork in a very preassurised environment which is one of the things i handle very well. The fact that i can make a difference in someones life gives me joy e.g if i can resolve the clients queries timeously
