Was an opportunity for me to get permanent employment

I make calls to clients who recently applied for risk insurance or who are updating policies more than 6 months old. I book for three nurses in the Northern Suburbs, Table Bay, Boland & Helderberg My job is book clients in a way that will keep the nurse in her route for that day and this sometimes is a challenge as you'll get a client requesting an appointment on a day that there's no nurse in the area. Dealing with clients on the calls everyday has strengthen my abilities to deal with pressure and to have patience and to manage emotions

Cons: Booking System errors and having to reschedule appointments when one of the nurses is not available

Excellent Learning career

To work for an insurance industry is very challenging and exciting at the very same time. When you have worked for the day you can feel that in your body. My colleagues are very good and encouraging people and at the very same time you get different characters of people that you must accommodate. I have learnt on how to interact with people from different backgrounds. I enjoy working with people because that makes me to study different cultures and backgrounds. The challenging part of the job is when you must get people to buy the product that you are selling because some they become negative and rude when approach them.

Cons: To get people for some to earn a salary

I am looking to try new ventures and grow as an individual.

-My current occupation is demanding as I have to be at work at a certain time. Late coming is not acceptable. -Work is stressful and taking calls has its ups and down, the pressure is intense. -I have a good relationship with my co-workers. I am a team player and always enjoy making friends -I have leant to be independent, problem solving, quick thinker, analytical thinker, time efficient -I enjoy engaging with customers telephonically and interacting with fellow colleagues. - The most challenging thing regarding my job is the pressure and not knowing what to expect. Each day has its own challenges.

Good and very dedicated person

I am a person who take a job very seriously and also take advise. Committed person, like new challenges and ambitious.realistic about every situations occurred.punctual and consistency on delivery. Honesty person ,reliable and acoountabity on matters given.

EXELENT LEARNING CURVE

I HAVE LEARNT ON HOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS ON THROUGH TELLEPHONE. AND ALSO TO ALWAYS PUT OURSELVES IN THE CUSTOMERS SHOES SO WE WILL BE ABLE TO DO OUR JOBS IN A PROPER WAY.

I am a quick learner and I am also dedicated. I am open to new challenges and I am a hardworker.

- A typical work day is a day that involves my daily targets and expectations involving e-mail queries, telephonic queries and communications either with client/customers, third parties involved in my field of work, meetings and a drafting of decision letters. - I respect my co-workers equally and always abide within the work ethics and values. - I have learnt a lot about the fundamentals of Long Term insurance and a correct application of medical background and knowledge within the business. Technical aspects of risk management and placing investigations to combat fraud. - I enjoy applying business principles, philosophies, policy definitions and all aspects related to my job in order to make correct and sound decisions in my work. Mostly I enjoy learning more. - The most challenging aspect is that my job is dealing with people's live at high level which is involves finances and the difference that my job has in those people.

Pros: Learning opportunities that my field of work presents and the exposure to other field either than insurance.
Cons: Working in high volumes and backlogs as a result of more claims being submitted which create pressure.

Quick learner

Team work to grow the company , explore different concepts, presentation of ideas at team meeting, planning marketing ventures so educate society of our products we have monthly targets set to challenge our co workers with incentives set inplace, weekly lunch at team meeting gives us a close working relationship to understand one another

Love working

i love what i do as a PA/Admin ,i learn new things ,meet new people ,love to learn about new things everyday have a great relationship with my co workers ,always busy and love to work.

Pros: i believe that getting promoted to something better where i can grow and succeed
Cons: if its required of me to work late i will.
