Great learning experience
Assisting walk in clients with product selection. servicing and maintaining policies. following up on queries and claims. I have learnt a great deal, has contributed enormously to my confidence. has equipped me with the skills that will help me flourish in any field. have enjoyed the unpredictability the job has come with. have learnt to be adaptable and flexible.

Development and groeth
attending to daily figures, ensure submission is done daily, update weekly target, focus on the shortfall for that week, every Friday, feedback session meeting with the team to update of the weekly activities and budget, create an informal chat group where anyone brings their brains for new ideas. ensure the team has their own platform to reflect back from previous week comparatively with the current week, i learned it gives them ownership of the business what I enjoy most that's when there is competition amongst the team members, the end up in great sales because they draw strength from each other. the most challenging thing is when the target is not reach on individuals and end up affecting the whole branch and the channel.
Pros: overseas trips and annual bonuses
Cons: when there is holidays in between months that slow the business

Excellence
I completed BSc in Mathematical Science majored in Pure Mathematics, Applied Mathematics and Statistics at University of Limpopo. A bright, talented and self –motivated Data Analyst, who has excellent organizational skills, is highly efficient and has a good eye for detail. Adept at Mathematics, Statistics and Analytics, able to play a key role in analyzing problems and come up with creative solutions as well as producing methodologies for effective data management. I have extensive experience in analyzing large complex datasets, data migration and I have been involved in testing and validating data into new systems. I am interested in growing into one of the following specialization Business intelligence Analysis, Quantitative Analysis, Management Information or Data Science.

Goal orientator
I work at liberty for five years and it was my first insurance company to work for and I had a lot of experience regarding sales and customer services,I have a good communication with the management and my fellow employees and we attend refreshing training skills and its been a tremendous experience to work for such big company!

Challenges andd Joys of woring at Liberty
production management techniques are used to manage the work, we look at the volumes of work daily taking into account the SLA and move resources to process the work required. I have an open an honest relationship with my team members, I am transparent and fair in my dealings with people. People are free to speak openly and always willing to trying new ways in order to improve the service. I have learnt to fine tune my communication skills and this is essential for the management of people and dealing with customers I really enjoy working closely with people and providing exceptional service to my customers. I feel currently the most challenging part of the job is ensure that you deliver a good service and making your customers and staff feel valued

Great learning opportunities through the company
Liberty Life is a great company to work for however the 000 strategy prevented growth within the company as they were cutting down on costs. 000 meant 0 head count, 0 salary increase and 0 down time on IT systems.
Pros: I loved the working hours and the the platform I was allowed to work on

Financial Advisor
I am currently working at Liberty Life as a financial advisor, I specialize in risk planning and investment growth. I enjoy more if the investment side to the insurance industry. I have been working at Liberty Life for just over a year and have a current assist value of over 7000000. I am looking for something with a basic as I'm about to get married so I need something more stable income wise.

Amazing Start for my Career
I came in as an intern, my manager got me a personal mentor who helped me throughout my internship. I was given an opportunity to spend time in all our IT departments, to get a full understanding of the company and IT as whole. It was amazing to witness how everyone was open to sharing information and their experiences working in the company. The company is all about training their employees and giving them a chance to improve their skills. Both soft and technical skills. Besides my love for my job,my co-workers made my stay at the company such a joy, even on really hectic days, they made me enjoy being there. After the internship, they offered me a permanent position which was one of the things I liked about the company. Offering their interns positions before/after the internship ends.
Pros: Flexible working hours
Cons: Little scope for promotion
