Good in learning different people

good environment to work at, staff is friendly they follows rules and regulations of the company, but there always that time you feel like crying due to the lack of communication when it comes to management.

Planning the day with morning talks with team Discuss what was the previous day challenges Discussing targets Sharing tasks everyone points matters Work together as team is very important Everyone is a team player I l like when we stop and serve

Pros: I started working as sales associate at donna claire,I was promoted to be store manager at fashion express in 2010 ,2012 I was promoted to store manager donna claire and 2018 I was promoted to Foschini till to date

My job description is filling ,banking ,Receiving stock and acknowledge stock.Its lot of fan and challenges and more learning on customers service and running shop.Typical work is Saturday of the month ends.We have a good relationship .It's get disturbed when the work challenge.Customer care and running shop. Worked with differet people. Dealing with a difficult customers and staff

Customers services

A day after a month end, is a typical day.I get together all my admin work especially filling and other paper work. Relationship with co workers is good though not 100 percent.The only time when relationship is disturbed is when there are challenges of the month end. I have learnt patience perseverance and that honest is the best policy.I enjoy customer care reaching and general store.Challenges aspects are stock taking,weakly stock count and acknowledge stock

Good

I am very interested in the position that I applied for our company. I have acquired excellent customer service skills and I always greet visitors with a smile and friendly attitude.i have the skills to build strong working relationships with clients, which helps to build a position image for your company. I also have very good communication skills with the ability to relay information efficiently and to understand and follow instructions given verbally and in writing.

I'm a 30 year old woman who graduated ND:Retail Business Management in 2012. I recently relocated back to cape town to optimize my career as there's no growth opportunities in Eastern cape. I have worked as admin manager for Checkers, Co store manager for Ackermans and store manager for foschini where i dropped stock loss from 10% when i took it over to 1% when i left.i had to dismiss all employees in store because they were all involved and employ new employees which I trained. I feel the store is in a right place now as I've accomplished my goal.
