Hope to reach top position

My job description is to help customers on making right decision.helping with their cell phone if they encounter any problems on them mostly to advice on better product. I have a great working experience with people who respects one another for better performance.sonetimes the mistake are made and be fixed being the victim of my mistake is something totally unacceptable

Customer service

I always loved to work for foschin as l had been there for so many years.My Co-workers where the best,when it comes to Merchandising.l loved the floor walk checking the price tags, checking new emails if there's any Changes on the floor. Opening the Boxes with my Co-workers was the best Communicate with them about their target and giving advice how to be the best Sales assistant what their main focus is to do Add On and be able to prioritise a busy work load in order to meet Customer's expectations.l learn from my Company how to smile and how to deal with customers complain and how to deal with rejections.

Pros: Trustworthy and hardworking.

Customers services

A day after a month end, I get together all my Admin work especially filling and other paper work.Relationship with coworker is good thou not hundred percent. The only time when relationship is disturbed is when there are challenges of the month end.I have learnt patience perseverance and that honesty is the best policy.I enjoy customer care reaching the turnover and general store challenges. Challenges aspects are stock taking and weekly county

It was good experience

It was a good experience and if you willing to learn, the manager teaches staff, I was trained for costumer service and mechanising, cashier, administration, it was a good experience indeed

Good

I am very interested in the position that I applied for our company. I have acquired excellent customer service skills and I always greet visitors with a smile and friendly attitude.i have the skills to build strong working relationships with clients, which helps to build a position image for your company. I also have very good communication skills with the ability to relay information efficiently and to understand and follow instructions given verbally and in writing.

Excellent learning curve interaction skills

i work 8 hours a day in a very vibrant environment and i also have a very good relatinship with my co-wokers during this time i have learnt quiet alot of things eg merchanding and cashier work and also how to interact with customers,the mmost challenging aspect was to handle difficult customers but either fom that ienjoy working in a retail store i enjoy working as a cashier

Excellent working

Iv been working at the foschini group for one month contract and was working there as sales assossiate and was was working on point of sale there and we had two shift Am the early shift and the second shift And we had the nice managers and yhe supervisors were very nice to and what I enjoy they were very sweet to us since we started working there and what I loved there when we reached the target our sweet manager but all off lunch

Learning curve

There is not enough exposure to grow as an individual.the communication hierarchy lacks alot especially when it comes to the fashion consultants ,and also there should be more interest on the youth to be groomed and have more knowledge about sales and retail as a hole.management must interact with the employees to hear about their grievances and how to better the working environment for us.

Definitely a huge learning curve

My experience at Foschini was Incredible in terms of the dynamic of retail and learning the ins and outs of the business. They definetly drive the term "customer service" but did not equip staff in the correct ways we were made out to be little kids in the big ocean Management certainly look down upon staff as well as degrade them in ways not appropriate we were Called thieves and they had no respect for us though we were bringing in the money and doing majority of the work, Im not saying the company is bad because I believe in it and in the brand but the management certainly not up to standard. I think in All fairness I don't regret my years of service but I did not appreciate being treated the way I did. I gave off excellent work results so I should have been treated with that in mind.
