Ever changing environment.
Constantly changing ways of working. So much room for career growth and gaining industry experience. The average day can be very routine and too much admin vs core marketing activities. Not enough opportunities to experience next level for career. Once lateral moves are explored, it slows down progress. Relaxed environment is great. Flexible working hours makes it less stressful. More formal learning could help for entry level managers to progress further. Good relationship with colleagues and management. Sometimes it feels like management does not have my best interest at heart. Great social atmosphere.
