Problem solving, variety and quick thinking is what I enjoy on a day
Problem solving, variety and quick thinking is what I enjoy on a day to day basis. Logistic in the border sense is where I learned the most and build relationships with my co-workers. My co-workers became like family members and I knew I could depend on them as much as they depend on me. I learned very quickly to think out the box to solve problems. Mistake it can happen to all but it’s how you solve the problem that matters. And in that sense good customer service also reflected. Customers knew they could call me and the problem will be solved. I might take a while to understand but it’s because I analyze things to make sure it’s done correct. I am in my element if you challenge me and keep my busy.

It was a great company to kick start my careers. Loads of opportunity for growth. Even educational opportunities which is rare to find in most companies

New exposure to FMCG especially wine-cider and spirits blending and bottling/packaging 4. Empowered to make significant decisions 5. Everyday is never the same, cross functional management of teams (end to end in supply chain, including support services)

Excellent Company
I'm servicing outlets that sells alcohol, I make sure that our products are accessible, available at all times at an affordable price. I do promotions as well.

Fast exposure to Most aspects of the production environment
Very challenging and fast past paced environment where a lot of emphasis is placed on speed and quality. As a part of the team you get to be responsible for some of the best know brands on the market and the efforts of the individual are recognized.

Exceeding and enjoying what I do.
A good day that was everyday was a verity of responsibilities . Working with different departments and people and always learning new things Everyday was challenge as not day went past that there was not something to learn of a problem to solve .

Interesting and very much needed exposure to the FMCG industry.
A review of a previous day’s plans and a view into incoming day’s plans is start to a typical day. Relations with co-coworkers are very important as working together as a team yield more output for the company. I have learnt to be resilient and give my all in all that I do,not everyone will know everything .Challenging aspects would be not being able to do your work whenever you want to due to limitations of some sort. I work and when I’m home and feeling bored I want to work and if I don’t have the tools to do so,then it becomes very difficult ,I always want to be 1 step Ahead of the rest.
Pros: Work opportunities will always be available and great company to have worked for.
Cons: Far from home,making total commitment to the work not easy.
