Love working hands on
I have a good relationship with co workers a normal day will be doing plumbing painting or woodwork love working with my hand im open minded and i work well in a team but the team must be well oiled and work towards a goal .

The company is a stable growing company, with great brands; which ensures sustainable job security during these though economic times, with lots of political developments, which shows some policy uncertainity. Having said the above, the is more opportunities done challanges

Great learning experience.
It’s a great career pushing company, we work well in supporting each other and motivating each other to reach targets. On a typical working day you find us pushing for our daily target, making sure we capture the orders accurately into the system. Make sure that the customers are satisfied by the end of the day. It’s an environment where you are able to push yourself to the best of your ability.

Summary
A typical day at work would be very busy, with lots of meetings and problem solvings. My relationship with co-workers is good, we talk and laugh but mostly we work. I have learnt communication skills, leadership skills and most importantly how to do the work. I enjoy pretty much everything about my job, especially being under pressure and utilising my potential to the maximum.

Good Company to work for
A very good company to work for. I would retire here if I have to. They are using relevant technology. I come from a standard SAP environment and here I have learnt a customised environment. I like the open door policy and that anyone can go to the CIO's office to address or suggests matters. I also like that people's ideas are taken seriously.
