Excellent
I'm currently an Assistant Director specialising in Labour Relations working for the Department of Health for the past 10years. Once worked as HR Generalist before for +12 years. Currently doing a Dispute Resolution Certificate course at Stellenbosch University to be a Commissioner. My HR practical experience and exposure is enormous and unquestionable. I possess an Honour's Bachelor of Administration in Industrial Psychology. Good working relationship with the Unions. Deal with labour training of all supervisors and line managers in labour related issues. Enjoy working with people and be a solution to their problems sometimes. Most challenging aspects, people do not take responsibility in their jobs and the non-compliance to policies, procedures, regulations, rules, processes and law .

Development and growth
I have good working relationship with my co-workers,the only challenge is that the work one on one with patients and they have to record and I capture the details in the system the following day while the patient is no longer there and you find that they omitted a lot of information and when u ask them they cant remember because admin is not what they concentrate on,they concentrate on the patient.I learned how to deal with different characters.I enjoyed learning medical terms and issues and how to treat other diseases. What is stress full is when the clinic is too full especially with crying babies but otherwise I got used to it.

Excellent leaning oppotunities
Iam ambitious and focused college leaver who is able to use his own initiative and comfortable working in a busy office environment.I am able to ensure that an office runs smoothly by comining hard work and dedication with a sense of humourules and funderstand. Excellent environment
I had a fixed term contract of one year.It was unfortunate that I could not get a permanent post because I was not a bursary holder at the Kwa Zulu Natal Department of Health

Great learning platform and diversity
i enjoyed working with different medical and nursing personnel which i learned new things about health as a whole. i have learned to be patient and client focused, be details orientated and time management. I'm capable of working under pressure and deadline orientated

N5 for data capturing with University of Pretoria in 2008.
Currently I'm working as Acting information Officer at Sub-district level here at department of Health I'm compiling reports from facilities and I give feedback to the facilities after capturing. I'm receiving and sending faxes_ I'm doing data verification and accuracy at sub-district before sending to next level at District level. My work is it good quality and I've got enough experience working for more than 6 years. I sometimes go extra miles when there is urgent report needed for reporting. Teamwork is my strength and enjoys doing(work) what I like motivates to excel.

It is an excellent learning curve
This is a good place to work in. The chances to develop your self professional are great because you have to be updated about everything before you teach the students. Although there are some challenges where there is a shortage of staff and equipment since we are in deep rural areas so the working environment is not conducive enough With the good interpersonal relationship with my co-workers makes it nice to work there. The most interesting part about my work is see the nursing students pass the course and graduate and become the competent nurse in the community that keeps me going even the conditions of employment are not up to a standard.
Pros: opportunities for promotion are very slim because the promotional ladder is very short

Great work experience
My experience working at my current job depends on days. Some days are very busy and even short staffed, then we work under pressure; other days are normal. We make a great team working spirit with my co-workers, so however the day may become we always find a way to give it a 100% amd ensure quality patient care.

Good learner
I am very intelligent when it comes to my job I'm a hard worker I am a supervisor of Finance section.Working long hours without getting paid. I am quick leaner. My job was challenged when the budget is not balancing and when the is under expenditure and underexpenditure
