Hard worker and team player
l am hard worker and able to work with team , my many duties is to collect data in every consultation room and validate all information before l capture , do correction with relevant people , do presentation for management and come up with strategic plan to solve problems

Excellent professional growth
Working with large community developed me and improved my skills.patient advocacy and care improved.lack of resources challenges facility as it was not planned for such number of community.The whole team is working and willing to bring change.

Excellent reaserch and clinical skills
I am a Clinical Associate,graduated in 2014 and have been working in Obstetric department since upon completion. My duties involve vast clinical work and manangerial responsibioity like compiling monthly statistics, Preparing Perinatal mortality case presentation, conducting ESMOE Drills, lecturing 2nd year University of Pretotia"s students and coming with resolutions and recommensations of improving loophokes and patient care. I have done Post graduate Diplona in HIV/AIDS which taught me basic Research mergedology and epidemiology,and have been enjoying and passionate about Research since then. I am working on my Masters in Public Health currently and eager to learn.

It's a great place for one to grow professionally
I have a very good relationship with my colleagues My typical day is filled with screening for patients in the wards if they will need OT services then do assessments. Plan for treatment and then render cost effective OT services, for those who need assistive devices I issue to them and then provide patients with home programmes I enjoy rendering OT services, no challenges yet

Good professional development and skills development.
Great skills develooment but staff shortage is a problem because of long queues. Good team work with other professionals and support staff. We get trained on a usual basis when there are new gudelines and new courses that are introduce. The opportunity for promotion is very small because there are no senior management posts.

Good work where i learn a lot
I enjoy my work for its very challenging and you learn new things everyday.It connects me with my colleagues and form part of a strong team work,respect and skills. I got a very good relationship with my co-workers esecially my managers because we do lots of things together as per my job description,they also delegate me in most cases to conduct reviews and pre reviews(presentations). I enjoy being in control of my job(data) as expected. I have learnt lot of things and changes also challenges in a workplace or amongst ourselves as coworkers.
