Well organised company and I did enjoy my self and I even groomed and fell ready to face new challenges. but the company I previously worked for it does not have more opportunities to get a permanent post.

It is a learning curve, you get challenged on a daily basis
Serving the community at large and all the stakeholders with different needs is satisfying. Municipal Finance department is quite an interesting career path that has taught me the budgeting process and how it gets approved by whom and when. Learnt Public Finance policies. Enjoy drawing reports and create dashboards with formula to analyse the reports better. What makes me smile is when the budget spent is 95% and all the targets set achieved. Challenge , is dealing with stakeholders who doesn't provide information on time. I have a good relationship with my colleagues

Im a Hard worker who delivers my best
I consider myself myself to prioritize my daily tasks, interact with my fellow employees whether work or social. I have learnt how to deal with pressure in the workplace and enjoy challenges. my most challenging aspect at work is to meet deadlines as it gets the best out of me.

Excellent learning curve
The most ORT that was challenging it as when workers of epwp come to the office to claim their money and also the when its auditing season. I worked well with my colleague. We understood each other till my last day at city of cape town .I've learnt how to work with more than two people at the office. And also learnt to work under pressure.

Learned more on electricity and becoming a better Artisan
I work at a safe environment,dealing with different consumers everyday and different locations.i work at different weather conditions and enjoying out door work.i work well with the team and individually sometimes. I've learned to stand on my own and trust my abilities while trusting someone's opinions.

Excellent learning curve
A typical work day includes diary management, dealing with correspondence, interfacing with customers about service delivery matters, minute taking, speech writing, procurement via SAP, arranging events. I have had to learn when I joined this office, i.e. speech writing, compilation of agenda, procurement via SAP. What I enjoy most about my work here is interfacing with the community members regarding their service delivery matters. Working with politicians can be prove to be a challenge at times, as they don't always understand that you also report to someone else administratively, and the admin person always reminds you of policies, when politicians expect you to do certain things, which is not allowed.
Pros: Great opportunity for promotion if you are in the administrative field
Cons: If you don't have a degree, opportunity for progress is basically nil

Excellent work experience
i am enjoying every moment spent at my work, everyday its a new learning. i am exposed to all the sections of the branch and that has broaden my experience. i am dealing very well with my management team and the staff, we have developed a good work ethics and morals. I have learnt much on the administrative side og business as my section is managing admin functions, further more, experience gained on Water and Waste Water operations has broaden the scope of my experience. the most challenging aspect of the function is the interdepartmental communication that is lacking.

I have a degree in project management, and ND in Enterprise Development
my day start by having a meeting with the team for 15 minutes. I have a healthy relationship with my employers. SAP system, sharepoint2016 what I enjoyed most is the flexibility in the working time. the most challenging part of my work it's when I'm using a new system, I always try to make sure that I do my best although I'm not used to that system.

I have more than 10 years of administrative experience as of which are 5 years within the Traffic Services. I am currently working as a Clerk/Cashier and she is also our Time Administrator. As a Clerk my functions is mainly to assist and rendering a service to the public. As the time administrator she is responsible for all administrative issues related to time & attendance of the staff of Bellville Driving License Testing Centre.
