Excellent learning curve
I am a very hard working woman,who communicates very well with co-workers, asking for advice where i could not manage on my own. the most interesting part is when i managed to do my job correctly and in time especially when it was challenging for other co-workers, being the one who came with the solution is the most overwhelming feeling. Failing to do my job properly is the worst feeling i could ever have, as that could lower the productivity of the company.

Customer service orientated
I'm a target driven individual who at the same time flourishes in team work. I work well under pressure and have the ability to seek out solutions in problematic instances. I'm very punctual and well spoken so speaking motivating leading and maintaining relationships wont be a challenge and I admit when I don't know something but will make sure I learn about it and provide a sustainable answer. I have a numerical mindset so achieving numerics wont be difficult bearing my call centre background as a team leader and I'm an effective listener and I'm able to troubleshoot effectively

Excellent Learning Curve. Oportunity to climb the copoarate ladder
A typical work day: Driving the department and divisional stratey through communucation with various stakeholder levels in the company. Relationship with co-workers: Have a sound relationship with co workers which is beneficial as it assist in cutting through red tape and asssits in with the delivery and completion of tasks timeously. What I have learnt: I have learnt that it take team work in order to deliver on the required objectives. A manager needs to build a good work relationship with staff in order to obtain the best performance output from them. Management means balancing work performance with staff personal goals. What I enjoy most: The interaction with various stakeholswr in the organisation. Being able to deliver a good product or service based on the strategy initiated. The most challenging aspects of the job is aligning other department startegy with your own as buget and resources remain and constraint. Regards Craig Christian

It's a good thing to be part of the winning team
I have a total of 3 years work experience in this field and am confident that I am the best candidate for your vacancy. My present position has taught me the importance of clear communication and customer service over the phone. In my current role I resolve customer problems, give sales pitches and take accurate notes of conversations with customers. I have received excellent performance evaluations from my managers and have been formally recognised by them for my contribution towards my department’s success.

Excellent learning curve
I had a very good relationship with my co-workers. I have learned to work with BSM alerts escalating some alerts of which was for permanent staff, got that one opportunity to work as one of them. BSM was a very busy side the challenge was for me to multitasking even though I managed,.

Good working conditions, loads to learn and exposure to external learning
Work day starts early and usually extends even when you are home, but its the nature of the clients we have on our books I work with an awesome bunch of people who are equally if not more dedicated to our end users I have had the opportunity to study almost every year for my tenure thus far at Vodacom, but this has come from hard work myself I enjoy the people, the customers and the variety of the job The most challenging part of my job is that we service clients so we rarely have the luxury of not being connected to ensure their queries are always seen too.

Excellent learning curve
I am strategic, innovative, goal orientated, motivated. Consistent, thriving for knowledge and challenges and study, who can work more efficiently, even under stress and pressure. I have the ability to adapt to new situated with excellent interpersonal communication (written and verbal) As a person who is skilled and confident, I would like to see myself adding value to the working environment I find myself in

Great learning curve
We work from 9 am till 6pm per day. My job is just to sell things. In a store we are about 5 salesman who work on a monthly target. In store we work as a unit helping each other to achieve monthly targets.
Pros: Staff members are really supportive. And weekly incentives are rewarded for staying on track with your target

EXCELLENT WORKING EXPERIENCE
I am a team player and my relationship with co workers was exceptional i have learned positive attitude, management skills and sales target, as well as discipline,my computer literacy allows me to enjoy my work and product knowledge, moreover assisting clients and reach their expectations makes me happy, the most challenge that i experience daily is to deal with difficult customers, but through positive attitude and willingness to assist the , i overcome stress
