I have learnt a lot in this field,. This is a very good company for gaining a lot of experience. It has a lot of departments like inbound, outbound, legal, trace and IT.

Active environment

A very nice, active environment with very lovely people who are target driven, like most call centres there's a whole lot of ups and downs with regards to consistency in terms of target. the workers there are friendly and professional, management has those people who who are considerate and treat employees with respect and you also find those who do not care about staff they only want the job to be done. In a nutshell good company bad management...

Data capturing, communication skills, telephone skills,trace and a bit of investigation

It's a work environment that enquires team work so we work together towards the same goal however there are days when I feel unappreciated and I'll treated

Good for experience

It's good company and the call centre is mostly youth oriented, the management is on par. Growth within the company is very small and limited, due to being amongst 300 more or less employees.

Pros: Flexible hours 08:00-14:00 and 14:00-19:30
Cons: Opportunity for growth is very small
