Hard working , very dedicated and target driven

firstly I prefer on planning in advance for a day, and you have to love what you are doing then everything will go smoothly. even if challenges comes to your way then you will be easily to overcome them. Im a very loving , caring person and Im a team working person. in life I have learnt a lot form my mistakes. and a mistake repeated twice is not a mistake is a habit. I enjoy working with people , meeting new challenges every day. the most challenging aspects of the job is when you are working with difficult people or dealing with difficult clients or working on something that you don't like or understand.

Pros: im a good assest to the company.
Cons: 8am to 5pm

Provide training and paid, Puts Pressure on employees, long working hours

Company is a good company to work in when you start working in a call centre provides lots of information and learning but is not a space where there's growth and benefits

Cons: Being forced to work extra shifts and days, no benefits

Hard working

Ver-tex is a debt collection company and reaching targets is taken serious. I enjoy having to make an arrangement and it actually pays off. Having to make an arrangement and not pay off which affects your target

Good learning curve

Small company with a lot of employees, a lot can be done when it comes to our needs but good working environment. Working 5 hours a day which gives us time to do assignments for those who are studying but more hours could help to earn more. Work well with other shift, short breaks no tea time.

Pros: great opportunity for promotion
Cons: working weekends

Great for fresh out of school individuals

Working there was a real eye opening time of my life. I have learned alot from there.my typical day at work starts with me logging into my system and then we have a team meeting to discuss our goal and target for the day then we get to work and begin calling the debtors.

Pros: teachers alot about debt collection industry
Cons: can be stressful in terms of dealing with angry debtors

Learning curve and experience gaining

Great working environment,senior colleagues are friendly and supportive and the help where they can.Management expect miracles even after you have done your job description.You inform the debtor about their debt and make arrangements for payments,if they don't pay it's a warning form

Good in grooming

Its a target driven company there fore the pressure is too high, the money is no longer good but the actual accounts are workable. I have learned to work well under pressure and have learned to become a good listener I enjoy collection as a whole I feel like I'm helping someone free themselves from being bound by debts.

Excellent learning

Working at Ver-tex is exciting, it's fun though they out too much pressure on agents. I have learned to work very hard to reach my monthly targets and it is very nice to see yourself reaching targets as you will get incentives. The relationship with my co-workers is fine. I can not complain about that.

Pros: Yes there is a great opportunity for promotion
Cons: Yes. We work 8 hours. For those who works for 5 hours they earn 3 600
