Experience gained at this job is great. Great mentorship and supervision. It's fun and we learn troubleshooting, fault finding and soldering. Learn to work under pressure, keep onto time frames and most importantly we learned how to work closely with people from all different walks of life.

These websites advertise entry level jobs but do not accommodate students. Its hard to apply fir jobs here as atudents because we are forced to put in job experiences that we do not have otherwise the options don't allow to continue with applications. I suggest the website be designed in a way that accomodates people who have never been employed in the past.

Good working relationship with clients
deal with staff and students computer problems maintain healthy and safe environment for users understand user requirements, do the research to the problem, and troubleshoot. to find the solution to the problem makes me happy dealing with with maters that need external expertise is the most challenging aspect of the job

I’ve learn to diver service to many students and staff members on time
I believe that with the experience that I’ve accumulated working with large number of students and staff members will enable me to provide efficient and good service to the company clients, that will enable the company to achieve its mission and vision

It has shaped me to the young professional I am today.
I have an excellent working relationship with my mentor, supervisor and former lecturer. This learning experience has guided me to a different path with I initially wanted but Mrs Raath said I have the potential to do this too. However now I believe I am ready to venture and establish myself in HR/IR functions. This job has however has its challenges, like dealing with difficult students and all. But this experience has helped shape my behaviour in the workplace and how to deal with people in the workplace.

Vaal University of Technology is a tertiary institution in South Africa. It attracts students from all over the country. It is one of the largest residential Universities of Technology, with about 15,000 students, 300 programs, all primarily taught in English

Excellent learning curve
I would really love to work there as a safety officer.I have came across a few safety related risks to students while studying there.The problem at hand can harm a lot of pupils as it is a very busy environment of students coming in and out of the campus.I have not came across the current safety officers of the campus but to my opinion,they are very ignorant or not being listened to when reporting hazards.

Excellent communication,troubleshooting,server hardware, network
Priorities my ticket s and follow up on existing. Answer calls and emails from cli6 I like the constant interaction with clients and helping them solve their problems and give the the best customer service
