An opportunity and a learning curve. Good exposure
Firstly just the warm welcome I received from my supervisor was amazing and the linne manager. They reallyade me feel like I was one of them since the first day. Also what I have I have learn is that each company has its in vhallenges but when we jabe a common hoals of making sure that the students are our firsy priority and their wellbein it was just amazinh.
Pros: Learning about the institution and how it really operates
Cons: Not much cons because everyone knows what they expect of them.

Great value for experience

Samples analysis, good interpersonal skills, DNA extraction and maintaining lab equipments
The most challenging aspects was when you had to stand for your supervisor position when she couldn't make it to work. But it was a great and enjoyable challenge

I have been a freelance graphic designer so I have been creating more clients with my creative work in order to create a paycheck. Ii did my mentorship where I mentored first year students in design

Perfection
I learnt a lot through my years of studying, I even made friends and I enjoy mostly working in the labs. I faced a bit of challenges during exams but I managed to overcome them.

Excellent learning and teaching curve
Working at Vaal University of technology is a very interesting job. It's a place where sharing the knowledge with the students and co-workers is an everyday life. It's also an environment where you have to get used to working under pressure. You are always overloaded with work such as marking the scripts data capturing and preparation of the next day lecture.

Need to grow
It's kind of boring now to do same thing with no growth. Concerns of opportunity rises, but no one wants to listen and guide us through the process. We have to solve our problems on our own, our line managers only care about their reputation, whether you are still happy or not, they don't care.
Pros: There are opportunities for promotion but line managers fail to motivate

Excellent learning curve
It's a good experience, I like the team and how we communicate even the board members they treat us well as student and they divide us into groups to see who has particular interests in general and I. Specific topics but only one team members skip the class but the res we love it and it is building us strong enough to work any where as a team as leaders
