I’ve learn to diver service to many students and staff members on time
I believe that with the experience that I’ve accumulated working with large number of students and staff members will enable me to provide efficient and good service to the company clients, that will enable the company to achieve its mission and vision

Excellent learning curve
That’s an interesting question. I love Mondays, mostly because the day flies by in a flash. On a given day, during the early hours you will find me speaking to the colleaques, finding out – proactively finding out how their week was, meeting with my supervisor for half hour to communicate about customers needs and organizing the schedules around the client’s priorities. I do this on every saturday as i only work satuedays and sundays,so that the rest of the week is well organized and we can effectively use our team’s time in exceeding client’s expectations and avoid weekly surprises. My role involves extensive responsibilities and staying organized is not an option

I get paid R3000 per six months as a student trainee
We do alot of research at the laboratory on metal corrosion with an inhibitor presence using gravimetric method and analysis the samples after 8 hours. I really enjoy it. I more passion about what I do in the work place than any normal hobbies, I always work hard constantly to improve and to become good at what I do so that one day when I work in the industries I can be able to manage the work load and do my part for the growth of my career and the company and of course while producing effective and quality products. My co-workers are the most considerate people, we help each other every time and work as a team to complete tasks. I have learnt to humble myself in the work place and to be ready to learn something new every time. Most challenging is when I we have I task we need to do and I would have not done my research before and I tend to pull back a little and when our research results don't add up.

I am a very deligent worker, trustworthy and get along with all my colleagues.
I love working with people which is my main job being Benefits Practitioner. I liaise with staff on all queries of Pension, Group Life, UIF, Workmen Compensation. I do all the terminations of staff retiring/resigning as well as handle the Pension withdrawals. I do claims for death benefits for Pension and Group Life. I also do the medical aid. My relation with my co-workers is excellent and I have never had any arguments at the workplace. I have learnt a lot about Pensions, Medical Aid and Group Life procedures. I enjoy to assist co-workers with any queries they might have with their benefits. Most challenging aspects of my job is taking minutes 3 times yearly of the Health Care Committee meetings as the Unions are involved and can get tough at times.
Pros: I am retired and would like a half day job
Cons: Temp job or half day would suit me fine

Inspiration
I am HR professional and currently working in HR department at Vaal University of Technology as HR officer. I have 6 year's working experience within the industry. I am highly motivated and a hard worker. I am currently specializing with remuneration and benefits and would like to know and learn more. I have a B-Tech Degree in Business Administration. I am expect in Microsoft program i.e Ms word, excel, PowerPoint. I have undergone numerous SARA workshops and I am awaiting to go for Global remuneration practice. I pay attention to details and enjoy helping others. I am a team oriented person and enjoy working under pressure. I am highly organized and like to strive to meet deedline. I need employment that will stimulate my hard working ability.

Good company to work for.
The work is involved as it requires broad knowledge of systems and administration on one hand and deep knowledge of governance of higher education institutions. Work with a wonderful and motivated team. Every day is a learning opportunity.

Run multiple capital projects simultaneously and manage more than 150 staff
Heading the entire 6 VUT campuses maintenance. Travelling to saterlite campuses on a monthly basis to ensure that the culture of learning and teaching environment is favourable. Compilation of maintenance plans, turnaround strategies for the entire departments and saterlite campuses. Hiring new personnel. Exposure to desciplinary hearing after misconduct by the employees in my department. I have enjoyed working with different cultures and dynamics. I have learned to communicate effectively with the client departments . I have also learned to measure performance of the emoyees by the employers yard stick. The most challenging part of the job is that the burk stops with you and if you do not plan your budget appropriately you might collapse the department.
Pros: Exposure to a completely complex pressurized environment
Cons: Sometimes demanding working weekends and standbys.

GOOD
on a typical work day we attend meeting, we do filing, we answer calls, make copies and scan, do emails, do reports and schedule meetings for the boss
Pros: Great place to gain more experience and gain more skills
