Teaches the way of co-operating with other people
I enjoy working here because this place taught me how to approach different kinds people,i do have co-workers who are lovely and friendly so we are attached and making plans of the day every morning I enjoy this job most at the lab because the experiments that we do make us become excellent when we apply theoretical staff practically. The most challenging part is when the students at the first level they give struggle because you have to make them go with the flow whereas they are coming from different backgrounds.

Good interaction with different athletes
Most of the times it is a paper work (application of bursaries, evaluating athletes academic performance, doing requisitions for equipment) I enjoy working with my co-workers, the team spirit is constant I have learnt how to deal with different people, processing of requisitions, office documents filing, procurement of different services, evaluation of office budget I enjoy tournament season, whereby we travel to other universities to engage with other clubs tournament season is so frustrating as we order lot of items, we use lot of money therefore budget evaluation is so confusing

Learning curve, exposure to the working industry.
Being here has been great for exposure to the working industry and I would like to grow in terms of my legal and business administration knowledge. Day to day running of the SRC office requesting and arrangement of meetings with various stakeholders and students has also been an advantage in teaching me discipline in the highest form. The institution has also exposed me to different kinds of work ethics making me understand why some executives make certain decisions when under pressure.
Pros: Great learning experience.
Cons: Working with inexperienced individuals.

Leadership
As a maintenance manager i have learned how to deal with different type of people and i have also been able to calm down very angry employees. I managed to make employees understand the role they are supposed to play in the company and be productive

Good employer
The organisation is a good employer with remunerative reward systems but there iscno growth prospect in my career path. The most challenging part is the lack of planning on the part of the executive management which impacts on the work of non executive workers.

Great learning experience
the face of resilience, illustrated by the fact i lost my bursary but that didn't deter me from reaching obtaining my diploma, completing my btech soon. i am a self confessed motivation guru, this is reiterated by the fact that i achieved a mentoring award for my efforts in assisting a fellow pupil in grade 7, i am not afraid of change , this is illustrated by the fact that i was awarded national Olympiad certificate. i am an innate problem solver; not one intimated by the lack experience, this is shown by the fact that this year during one of my modules for my btech , i was required to know how to operate a 3D software but i did not possess the skills myself: i was able to elicit the necessary help to gain some insight about 3D printing software; this has gone on help assist me in opening my own business with my latter skills

EXCELLENT DEPARTMENT IN SKILLS AND LEARNING
It is the most excellent organisation in terms of good communication and experience benefit and good in looking after their employees but after all there is no perfect organisation.

Gaining more learning
I am looking for Safety Job as I do have National Diploma for Safety Management and I am current doing Degree for Business Administration, and I am working as a service worker doing Admin Assistant/General worker, driving and doing lots of communications with students and employees in my company.
