We work on daily basis. Designing requirements document and share.

We perform business analyst activities from business case, scope and needs into requirements. Selection of stakeholders to engage, techniques to be used , analyse, document, communicate with developers and test the solutions. Project management.

Pros: Opportunity are there on the other areas within the department

Work experiences

It was good working at this company and my relationship with my co-workers as good there was workload though the salary was too little but I have worked until my contract ended in August 2017 I have learnt d many things while I was doing data collection and i have learnt to cope with different characters and attitudes of participants the most challenging aspects was home visits and what I enjoy most as assessing children and i was always upfront with my job I never wave the work to pile up

I am a Certified Test Analyst with 4 years of working experience in manual testing and basic understanding of automation. I hold an ISTQB Certificate, PST Certificate and Computer science degree. I work with other professionals to improve and enhance my skills in the testing space, which allows me to grow and further contribute in the industry with the knowledge tools I consistently enhance myself through learning. Knowing how to work in the laboratory,

I learnt that working in the laboratory requires someone who is willing to work in a team, who listens and follows instructions as they are instructed because we are dealing with measuring samples that have to be at an accurate or precised measurements .The most challenging thing is that with chemistry you have to follow instruction as per instructed to avoid producing or undesired products.Time is also important as sucj you cannot do things as you like.

Good learning curve

It a good learning opportunity because they introduce student in real world of practicals. And they even thought us to work ovet time and on deadline. From now i can say i am a hard working graduate with good experience in chemistry and biochemistry because from the experience, i'm have i able to help other student who are in lower grades to conduct their practicals

Excellent learning

There is no much work load because am working under my mentor. its is good to work at higher institution level. The co-workers are professionals so they behave as professional and they are willing to help if I am not able to do some of the work.

Excellent in multi tasking

Am very pleased with the work I've learned so far. I work very close with my colleagues. We have same interests when it comes to our daily basis assignments. The most challenging aspects of my work is that we always have shortage of consumables which slows my daily routine.

Excellent learning curve

I used to assist in the chemical laboratory as, to prepare solutions which were used to perform practical by the students. I enjoyed a lot as we managed to acquire a knowledge of being able to operate all the instruments which were used in the chemical laboratory. I also learned to work with other people as a group.

Pros: Great opportunity to be exposed to laboratory working environment
Cons: Shortage of equipment
