I am a graduate in Environmental Science. Obtained my degree at the university of venda in 2018. I have no work exprience have never been exposed to working environment. I know 5 different languages English Xitsonga Setswa Isizulu Tshivenda Im energetic, overthinker and realistic. Yes i get frastrated easily when trying to figure something out and failing to get through.

EXCELLENT LEARNING CURVE AND WONDERFUL WORK ENVIRINMENT
It is a good place to learn.I have learned so many things about laboratory and field work jobs.I also learned to work with first entering student in the laboratory everyday.It also help me to work hands in hands with other more qualified colleagues. I am a part time tutor and that were i developed my interest in teaching.

Excellent learning
As the student I know that am at the university to equip my future and I am willing to work hard, it is hard to work with people just because of different opinions but I just tell my self that people are differ and I just have to adapt with them in every circumstances

Great environment to work on and co working with other employees.
It teaches its employees to learn new experiences every time and it helps to enhance their skills. However the salary package is not satisfying their employees.

Excellent learning curve
I would go to university for at least 5 hours per day, getting to know with new friends, i have learned to work in team, getting to work under pressure during school days, i enjoyed having to solve complex problems, themost challenging aspect was when we haveto work on project while the exam were closing in

It so challenging with some challenges but after all i manage. I learned a lot including managing pressure, good communication skills and being a hard worker. And to remember that when you are there you are representing the company

Studying, doing chemistry and biochemistry experiments and writing lab reports
Studying, doing chemistry and biochemistry Studying, doing chemistry and biochemistry experiments in the laboratory.l have learnt how to handle chemistry and biochemistryhey are used. I relly enjoy analytical chemistry experiments and writing the laboratory reports i relly enjoyed that and i enjoy spending my time in the Laboratory .The most challenging things is when you are doing experiment and expert to form a compound but the outcomes became different from what you where supposed to do in the laboratory.l have learnt how to handle chemistry and biochemistry equipment and how they are used. I relly enjoy analytical chemistry experiments and writing the laboratory reports i relly enjoyed that and i enjoy spending my time in the Laboratory .The most challenging things is when you are doing experiment and expert to form a compound but the outcomes became different from what you where supposed to do

it was a good environment standing in front of students exchanging ideas and encouraging them. Also, the relationship was so good that some of them still call me and tell me how they are performing.

LB DEMONSTRATOR
Where required, to ensure that equipment is functional and/or material for demonstrations, exercises etc is prepared before the start of the session.To be aware of any health and safety implications of procedures, and take action to maintain a safe environment, raising any concerns with the course organiser/work supervisor. Where required, to assist in marking student tests set by the course organiser using defined marking criteria where marking requires little or no interpretation. Where required, provide feedback on student performance and any issues arising in the course of the demonstration, to the course organiser/work supervisor. To assist/give guidance, where required, to students who are carrying out practical exercises etc and also in maths ,mainly I used to review principles, solve problems, and review for tests; assists students to develop math, study, and other academic skills; provides counsel on math and test anxiety concerns.
