it was a good environment standing in front of students exchanging ideas and encouraging them. Also, the relationship was so good that some of them still call me and tell me how they are performing.

LB DEMONSTRATOR
Where required, to ensure that equipment is functional and/or material for demonstrations, exercises etc is prepared before the start of the session.To be aware of any health and safety implications of procedures, and take action to maintain a safe environment, raising any concerns with the course organiser/work supervisor. Where required, to assist in marking student tests set by the course organiser using defined marking criteria where marking requires little or no interpretation. Where required, provide feedback on student performance and any issues arising in the course of the demonstration, to the course organiser/work supervisor. To assist/give guidance, where required, to students who are carrying out practical exercises etc and also in maths ,mainly I used to review principles, solve problems, and review for tests; assists students to develop math, study, and other academic skills; provides counsel on math and test anxiety concerns.

Uncertain Reasoning in Computing
Here at the University of Venda we work very well with the student and with the lab operation such as mentoring the co-operative and committed students and also better computing materials with reliable network facilities.

Excellent learni curve
I wad happy there but the unfortunate part wad that my contract came to an end..but i had a good relationship with my employer and fellow employees and i am to be give a chance again i would love to work witb them
Pros: I had a greate opportunity for promotion due to my good work but the unfortunate part is that when my contract ended ,hey told me that the main reason wad that the department had no enough money by then and that they will contact me if they put their things together since my service wad still needed
Cons: I cannot say i had a bad situation cause i usef to enjoy worki overtime ad there was too many tasks to perform during the day which forced me to also work at night and some of weekends

Excellent
i provided IT related support to the university community, and this includes troubleshoots network related issues. Installing and configuring switches. Installing and upgrading software’s. As well as installing telephone extentions(VOIP) and switch board operator

Leading role
The tutorship role I am currently doing at the University of Venda is only a CHELT - Center for Higher Education Teaching and Learning which is meant to assist first year student. The relationship I have is mostly with my tutees and they both like the way I tutor them because I use a learner-teacher method where I allow them to talk. What I enjoy the most is the tutees' co-operation and their dedication and I have learnt to be a leader because lead them and I talk and they listen and also listening skills because I do listen to them when they speak as well as problem-solving skills. One challenging thing is when some students do not come in time and do not participate when having sessions with them.

Cons: It is only for a year and after that no more.

I AM A BSC COMPUTER SCIENCE AND MATHEMATICS RECENT GRADUATE
I am a BSC Computer science and Mathematics graduate from the University of Venda. I am passionate about analyzing data(or data analysis). I am open to learn and acquire skills and knowledge and to gain a lot of experience on data analysis. I am able to handle a large volume of work. I am ambitious and I will endeavor to do my best in this program.

Good learning curve
I enjoy working with people. I have learned a good communication skills and respect in the work environment. The challenges lack of respect from students and their time management skills not good like their behaviour in school.
