I am currently unemployed but are motivated to find a company that I can work for and contribute to.

I know Ms Jolene Coertzen since 2014 when she was a second-year student, studying plant pathology as one of her majors. She was always regarded as one of the top performers in my classes, and her qualification records are ample evidence of her abilities. I experienced Ms Coertzen as a hard worker, who is ambitious and pursuing with enthusiasm what she wants to accomplish. I also know her as someone who is well grounded, acting with humiliation and respect towards others, and can work either individually or in teams. I have no doubt in my mind that Ms Coertzen would be an accession to any company, and that she will make a success in anything she put her mind to. Sincerely

Cons: Not Applicable

Excellent learning curve

The best place where one can develop their niche. The stuff is welcoming and the office spirit encourages one to work hard and achieve set targets per day. I have gained valuable knowledge of data management and research skills. I also learned how to do admin work. I enjoyed the relationship with my boss, he really encourages and motivates one to achieve their goals, both work and personal goals. Supervising field workers was challenging, until I developed a skill to motivate and encourage them by offering them respect and they also returned the favor.

Pros: Great learning experience
Cons: Working even after hours
