Excellent learning curve
University Of Limpopo is a great environment with great colleagues. It is easier to cope well since I've obtained my qualification from the very same institution. It sometimes gets harder given the fact that there's no compensation of any monetary form. I have learned how to work in teams as well as how to communicate with other professionals at the professional level.

Lab maitainance, lab safety, cleaner, assistant, administrator
Good work place. Comfortable and safe. Good working experience and relationship with employees. Learn more everyday. Deal with different students in different languages. I enjoy performing experiments and obseving the out comes

The perfect experience of working in a laboratory environment
Given the opportunity to work at the laboratory was great because you learn different characters at work. I was able to work independently and with a team. I learnt how to operate machinery(ph meter, spectrophotometer, etc.) and equipments used in the laboratory, how to clean the laboratory and also maintain it.I am able to prepare microbial and biochemist nutrient broth and agar plates as well as chemicals (solvents, solution). Most challenging aspects is when you work hard at work but still your boss does not appreciate your abilities and make critism about you when with your other colleagues. Other aspect is working with different colleagues that are not willing to work with you and doesn't share information with you.

Passionate and dedicated individual
I am currently a student whom was exposed to many group assignments,which makes me a better communicator in a group setting. Because of the diversity that exists in South Africa,in varsity I was exposed to students whom had differing opinions or facts about things. I have always liked to work in a democratic and a lazies fare leadership style because these two leadership styles promote a conducive environment for co-workers as they will know that their inputs are taken into consideration.I have learnt that we do not exist in a vacuum.The most challenging aspects of working in a competitive corporate world, and technological world is always trying what will appeal to the customer.

Attentive to details, hard worker
I regard myself as a good communicator, both verbal and written, enthusiastic, hardworking, team-player, individual who can handle stressful situation in a calm manner, I am able to work in and on my own initiative.
Pros: can't control myself, very excited when attained a certain position.
Cons: putting more effort, not leaving any work behind undone.

Work-study program
This is a job for students who are still completing their studies. At the University of Limpopo they have created a work-study program for students. It is an amazing experience because I get to help the undergraduate students with their modules because I am doing my honours in statistics right now. The aim is to gather experience and to make a little pocket money as I'm doing whatever it takes to finish my studies. I am always open to new oppotunies.

It was a student job that was very excellent in enhancing my people’s skills.
My job description as a lab assistant was to provide assistance to students that might need it within the labs. I assisted in experiments that where performed by the aspiring chemists and often helped were possible. This aided in my understanding of chemistry and practical analysis. I’m was sometimes difficult to deal with older students as they sometimes disrespected me due to them being older so I had to keep calm and do my work and try by all means to help them regardless of their attitude.
Pros: Great opportunity to gain experience.
Cons: Underpaid.

Left impressive remark
I’m an individual who’s competent, work oriented, driven, and inquisitive to learn. During my studies and student employment course; my collaboration and endurance attributed a very strong career path and passion in my work. I’ve worked for many university fields that required student’s hands on, studies and strength. Interest in my work has suffixed major impact, integrity, consistency and submission of work on time. Learning different student employments had unleashed challenges but endeavoured great focus, discipline and driven work environment. Since 2017 to 2018 year of my student employment, I‘ve acquired great remarkable steps of an exemplary leader with good social morals and commendable traits endorsed by employer. My enthusiastic-superb communication skills has vindicated and indicated good achievements and positive respond from students, employer and peer colleagues.
