Experiences at workplace

Support students with psychological problems and refers them to the centre, Assisting students with disabilities and organizing campaigns like Anti-rape campaign,Presenting at students life skills workshops, career programmes and at school and community outreaches, administration work ( office assistance and receptionist) and Managing and control the resource centre. Good relationship with team member who are co-working partners. ive lots about time management, planning, organizing and team working, and i enjoy more assisting at the offices, and at reception, because im in-love with administration work. the most challenging part part meeting a very depressed clients.

managing the diary, attending to student quiries and complains, aranging workshops and meeting, answering the telephone, document management. taking minutes, booking venues. filing. registering students, typing assignments and test question papers, ordering stationery and office equipment. compiling reports and audit files. compiling student files, compiling graduation files and graduation list. i work well with my co-workers, we have a system of assisting each other if we have a baglog. i have learned that being patient and humble always helps to get along with co-workers. i have learned ITS the system we use to register students. the most challenging aspect of my job is angry students who are mislead by other students.

Computer Science

’m ambitious, motivated kind of person driven by passion to serve in a field that I was destined to occupy. For work experiences within the University, I served as computer lab assistant and student assistant in Computer Science. These two fields has sharpened my communication skills not only when it comes to my own language but also when it comes to variety of languages that I come across such as English, SiSwati ,Tsonga and Sepedi. I see a challenge that will only be met by the organization and that is and looking forward to learn more. This is my ambitions to deal with best precise IT related analysis that will help various companies to enhence their proficiency in growing their business.I'm also good in dismantling computers and also fixing them ,more especially the lap tops.Although in computer science there's lots of programming using c++,java(Android),php(SQL) and HTML(css) that I have good skills in practical.

Great learning platform

The working relationship in the department is awesome, its friendly and everyone is cooperative and people work together in harmony. Typical working days include attending to students, stuff and parents and helping to deliver and complete documents. Here I have learnt to be diligent in my work and leave nothing to chance and do all work in time before pressures of deadline. What I enjoy most at this job is the working environment which is accommodative but still professional.

A typical day at work include going to classes and teaching students. My co-workers are excellent people to work with. I have learned to analyze data using different statistical packages. I enjoy analyzing data for some postgraduate students. The most challenging aspect is marking examination.

EXCELLENT EXPLORATION OF IDEAS

TEACH AND LEARN EVERYDAY. ACCUMULATION OF AMAZING IDEAS AND LIFE OBSTACLE SOLUTIONS. GOOD RELATIONSHIP ESTABLISHMENT AND TEAM WORK. HAVING TO RESEARCH ABOUT TOPICS IS A BIT CHALLENGING. TO COME UP WITH A NEW IDEA IS SOMEWHAT TIRING.
