To assist students when they are facing difficult and to mentor them so they will face well the university challenges. Always able to assist my colleagues when they need any help and someone the supervisor can relay on when need any help especially work related atossist

Provided me with new learning ideas
Wonderful opportunity to learn more and expand my horizon. All managers encourage educational growth constantly and allow you to form your own ideas. I have enjoyed learning more about research and new research topics that are available.

Excellent learning curve
I am a masters student and your link does not have unemployed. I work well with the colleagues and life here has been amazing. I've learned new things and gained more experience in work related environment. I enjoy it here and would recommend anyone who is interested that this is great place to work at. I've been doing practicals here and all has been well.

Excellent learning opportunities
k e a normal working day involved going out on the field to collect data. After that data was captured into computer programmes for analysis. My co workers were supportive people and we had a very good relationship with them. I learnt a lot of things. How to tackle challenges should your initial research protocols not work as planned collect data
Pros: It was a the greatest experience and I learnt a lot from my superiors and mentors
Cons: Field work demands physically. Sometimes initial research protocols do not work as they should.

Great learning opportunity
A busy working day attending to students. great relationship with co-workers. I have learnt how to work well under pressure and to multi-task. I enjoyed assisting students the most. the most challenging aspects were when there were a lot of students to attend to.

Great exposure and an excellent learning curve
It's the company has provided great exposure. In the 3 month's of working there I have had the opportunity to work on a number of projects as well as head up my own team on a few.i have learned a number of new skills as well as developed my existing skillset The working pressure is immense as the projects are all on tight deadlines and we are forced to work extensive hours to provide deliverables.
