Excellent learning curve and great experience
Being a tutor at ukzn gave me an experience to be both a student and a worker .My responsibility was to assist students to understand their developmental psychology module ..i helped them to understand their assignment and tutorial and mark some of the tutorials and assignment.

Able to learn at a fast rate
I was a tutor for second year students. It was once a week and it was so fulfilling to be able to pass down all the knowledge I acquired during my students. Being a student also at the time allowed me to relate directly to various student challenges and help them out with specific questions. I met with the lecturers of the course weekly for discussions. We established great relationships with other tutors and we helped each other out when needed. After tutoring for the semester was over, we all still stayed in touch.
Pros: It was once a week so my studies and lectures wasn't affected

Great learning experience
I can't write in a place where I can't see what I am writing. Econometric tool use n yes
Dear Madam/ Sir  I really appreciate you taking time off to read my Curriculum Vitae. I am a 2017 Graduate and completed a Bachelor Of Commerce at the University of Kwa Zulu Natal. Self development
I am completing my masters degree in industrial psychology and I am looking to complete an internship in the coming year in order to qualify and register with the HPCSA . I work well with people from all walks of life but I also work well independently. I hope to obtain a challenging position in a vibrant organisation where I can continue to go myself while contributing to the success of the organisation. I am a diligent worker and my efforts have been recognised by Golden Key.

Excellent learning opportunities
k e a normal working day involved going out on the field to collect data. After that data was captured into computer programmes for analysis. My co workers were supportive people and we had a very good relationship with them. I learnt a lot of things. How to tackle challenges should your initial research protocols not work as planned collect data
Pros: It was a the greatest experience and I learnt a lot from my superiors and mentors
Cons: Field work demands physically. Sometimes initial research protocols do not work as they should.

I am writing to recommend Siyethemba Christopher Ciliza for the position in your company. I have known him as an Intern Technician at the University of KwaZulu Natal, School of Life Sciences (Microbiology Department) for a period of 6 months under my supervision. He has been a pleasure to work with, bringing his enthusiasm and hardworking skills to every project. He is well mannered and have good communication skills both written and verbally. He has proven to be a candidate that adapts easily ands does not require being micromanaged. He joined my department without the relevant skills and capabilities required for the running and monitoring the student's practical sessions. With minimal training and his eagerness to learn he managed to comprehend and understand the concept at a short period and could work independently to run both second and third level practical session of student's numbers between 150-200.
