Working for Unilever has given me the opportunity to work in a manufacturing company where you manage yourself. And I have learned how to operate different types of packaging machines. And how to deal with production pressure especially on pick season. It has also given me the opportunity to work in a group with people who know what it's expected of them. The most challenging aspect of the job it's that you have to get atleast 95% of all your tasks correct, eg PvA, Safety, Quality and attendece

Somebody that is willing to grow with the conpany
I'm currently im working for a retail company called the smollans groups my business unit /division is unilever responsible for ordering, packing , stock rotation (fifo), upliftment and sales monitoring. everyday I have to look for opportunities to outsell my competitors within the store since I work directly with our consumers, so ib have to do displays they dont have to be neccesary big but they need to be effective eniugh to attract a consumers attention and influence their shopping decision making.been doing this job from january 2010.

Great place to work
As the number 1 Top Employer in Africa, Unilever has shaped me into a well rounded leader. There is never a typical day because of the broadness of the job. That is the most exciting element of working at Unilever. I enjoy the freedom in a framework that the role provides. Working for a very big organisation like Unilever can be challenging in that there are too many internal customers that one that needs to keep happy, however, this provides a great opportunity to build the necessary internal networks at a global scale.

I have experience of working in a warehouse as requisition officer
I have experience of working in customer service center at Unilever as order management specialist .Therefore, I have good understanding customer needs and I am able to work under pressure. I have innovative ideas which enables me to solve problems. I am a strong and energetic person I can adapt in different environment. I have experience of working in a warehouse as requisition officer

Good learning curvet
Team work pefect working hours,had job related training eg PLC,s and hydraulic training team building carreer path opportunity leadership skills training opportunity for futher studies eg tetiary.

Stable
it's a stable company but growth is slower at the moment and no current opportunities although it's the best company in the field,working there has it's problems due to lower salaries and a lack of management.it has a large number of employees than tiger brand's, pioneer, Smollan in store, premiere etc

Excellent learning every good work
I am a hard work who have keep on touch for a company to seem grow. And I can work as a team with no attitude and no excuses. I always work hard with love and patient as well as good communication to everyone. If I got an opportunity I would make sure that I used wisely as well as respect in such the way that even I not certisfy about what I expect but I keep on good attitude till things will be ok. thanks you
