Excellent learning curve

My day starts 5am driving from my residency to Rosebank Gautrain station for requests... I normally work 15 to 16 hours a day.I meet good working class people who give good advice some not so polite yet respectable. My coworkers work for their own bosses but when we are all parked waiting for requests we have nice chats.

Im a self motivated individual, who is always willing to learn new things and new challenges. Its a challenging industry because you meet new people with different personalities every hour everyday.

I’m a vibrant individual with tones of ambition and I give a 110% at all times whenever I have a set objective. I love a challenge and I’m always willing do my at most best to reach my goals. Having been with my previous employer for over two years now, I believe it’s time for me to grow as an individual which in this case will mean changing employers. Lean how to treat rides

I work with different client and treat them speacial becouse is a rate for me.it is good experince to work with uber because no one is bossing around is bee you own boss and work hard to reach the target for earning.I worked hard . The most chalenging is when the rider didn't pay and ather didn't have cash and you must report that insident. Sametimes you get the cash late because of that unpayed ride. injoyed moment is to get a ride with client and same share idias with. My challenge also I drive for sameone else and iwish i have my own car.

Networking with different people countriesfrom different countries.

Been with the company since 2015 till date,haven't had much success though in terms of growing because the market quickly began to saturate and working conditions began to be at one's disadvantage.

Pros: Making more trips,accounts to one making money

Excellent experience in dealing with different riders and working shifts.

Uber is a very good learning curve but it has got its problems....like being a victim of crime. Most of the time you will be working late at night and you get different riders. Now it's not worth doing anymore because you don't make any money because there is a lot of cars and Port Elizabeth is small.

Pros: great opportunity to meet different people and learn different cultures.
Cons: long working hours even on weekends.

A good learning curve

I have learnt a lot since i work for them, i have learnt how to profesionaly interacted with clients and to use a map throughly and a lot of place or route i now know.
