I'm transporting people all over the gauteng province and that gives me more experience
I like to communicate with my client and share our knowledge, and I enjoy driving the most. The most challenging part is that the more I work is the more I get paid. I like to build a friendship with my client.
Pros: Is to transport the riders to where ever the want to go.
Cons: If u work for long u get paid more

Learning curve
Although I have worked in so many places as general worker before I got education and drivers license I am eager to learn new things in another environment. I will be glad if any organisation or corporate can give me the opportunity to work for it.

I'm a hard working person who is willing to work underpreasure
On the pick time hour the was pressure like traffic I was able to handle it ,my relationship with co-workers it was good,what I have learned I'm able to handle customers with Care, what I enjoy most is to drive around with my customers taking them to their destination safe,some customers are difficult to handle especially when I'm in the traffic the are not patient

Learning a lot
My current Job entails driving around people from point A to B. I own two cars and have hired a driver to drive the one car.I have vast experience in banking, call centre and customer service. I learnt how to work with different people from all kinds of backgrounds, the importance of team work and respect to co workers. The challenging aspect about my experience at the bank was having negative and complainant people in my team, it is always very challenging to get them to participate in anything without complaining.
Pros: Great learning experience

Excellent but very hard
On a daily basis, you wait for a request which then tells you where to go, tells you how much you will receive. Each day is different, one day is better then the other. You are limited to what you receive as a request. Sometimes you work long hours.
Pros: Opportunity to make your own money.
Cons: Long hours,even weekends. You don't own the vehicle therefore you depend on the owner.

I am looking for Code 14 Truck Driver job that will make me grow financially and be independent. I am team player and I always give myself sometime to ensure quality work. I give my time to coliqeus so that we learn from one another and we exchange knowledge.

My work at Uber
As an uber driver partner i work independently. I chose where and when to work. Most of the problems i encounter while at work i solve them alone using company stipulated guidelines. There's a lot of planning needed to remain in business. You need to set aside money for servicing the car and unforseen circumstances. A typical day at uber involve clients requesting transport on uber app.After accepting Client request i will have to navigate my gps to pick up my client. I will then drive him/her to the destination on the app. I will have to use my own discretion to either chat with my Client or give him or her space while on trip since clients preferences are different.I chat with most of my work colleagues on WhatsApp if I'm not on trip. I have learnt to be alert at all times when i am at work since some of the Clients are criminals targeting to rob us. The most challenging aspect of the job is trying to prevent accident caused by reckless drivers and keeping yourself safe from criminals.
Pros: You work at your own schedule
Cons: Being targeted by criminals and being at risk of being involved in an accident caused by reckless drivers.

Exceĺlent learning experience.
I It is a typical long day work as it involve only a commission at the end of day .one has to work until you have raised a commission of two hundred rand a day at least althrough it is not easy to make a day. We have good relationship with my other co-workers . Mostly i have learned a lot in terms of customer relationship and a clear understanding of how to deal with a very diffficult customer. The most challenging aspect is to deal with the racist approach of same customers which is mostly a daily bread in this job.
