Working days are alwys normal only that it depends on how are your working hours,my co-workers are all good people that you can fell free working with.i have just learnt that its so hard when comes the situation of an agreement of money between the partners if it you don't make it the way you agreed to you don't get paid until you do so I enjoyed driving my clients the most because most of them were friendly.the most challenging aspects of the job was making money even if our lives is in danger.uber is the best but in other way around if it works for you it is if its not then its it is thas what can keep everyone working in happy faces

It's a busy company and its challenging
I am hard working man, dedicated, self motivated, sober habits, good communication skills, punctual, reliable and honest, I am everything you need in a employee, working in my is not challenging me the way I expected and I want a job that can secure my future that can take care of me so that i can take care of it as well,
Pros: no don't see myself been promoted to my company because it's too small, it doesn't have many employees,
Cons: yes I am working for long hours and there is no overtime

Excellent Learning Curve
I've got a good relationship with my co-workers and trying to keep them entertained at all times. The most challenging aspects of the job is, is being able to reach your target because one can set their own target if they want to reach a certain amount of money. I have learn't how to understand and communicate with different types of people which has boosted my communication skills. I enjoy travelling from place to place as this familiarises me with different parts of the cities.

UBER IS A GOOD ENVIROMENT PRESSURE IS THERE ALL THE TIME. YOU HAVE TO BE SMART ALL THE TIME . MAKE SURE VEHICLE IS SPOT LESS .MAKE SURE CLIENTS ARE HAPPY .LONG HOURS. BE VIGILANT ALL THE TIME DRIVE SAFETY. IT GOOD TO WORK THERE YOU GET SEE DIFFERENT PEOPLE AND UNDERSTAND DIFFERENT LANGUAGE .IS DEALING WITH DRUNK CUSTOMER BECAUSE THEY DON'T WANT TO PAY.THEY CAN MAKE YOU DRIVE LONG HOURS.

Am looking for a driving job, am currently working with Uber.
• Good interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and on own initiative, if and as required, as well as within a team • Meticulous in my approach to my work • Able to time manage effectively and meet deadlines • Conscientious and diligent in my everyday approach to my work responsibilities • Proactive thinker and interactive within team-based dynamic
Pros: i have been with Uber for long, and i think that is not safe like before.
Cons: i enjoy working with customers but am just dissapointed the way the meter taxis behave. i fear for my life.

Knowing the street and Gps
Is good because you make a lot of money at anytime and the salary has no limits your just choose to work at anytime and thats where you get a bonus.the relationship with co-workers is scarce because you work alone the only people you have communicating with are the clients unless if you communicate via phone call. You just chose when you to work or when not to work is kinder like you are your own boss but if you have your own vehicle you are your own boss. i learned how to communicate with people and also learn the short cuts of the city and how to operate a GPS and uber technology with the android smart phone and also learn how to talk smart and look presentable and how to treat the clients. the things i enjoyed the most was experiencing the side scene and the new thing i saw that also motivated me. the most challenging aspects was getting involved in a traffic and the meter taxi guys were our disadvantage.

Excellent company
It's a good company but no much benefits or room to grow. In terms of exposure it's a good environment as it can make you be exposed to other job opportunities. The relationship with co-workers is great because it unites almost all the colleagues together. The most challenging aspects of the job are that the working hours are long, no overtime , no room for promotions and hard to reach the superiors.

Dealing with clients and transporting safely also to deal with clients that are difficult and must always adhere to uber policies and procedures no matter what happens you must give 5 stars trips as of which is very difficult as individuals we have our own different driving techniques

The main priority is to be always focused on the road
Honestly on my current industry you work alone day in and out, what's interesting about it is traveling a lot and meet new faces and great minds every day. And you get to choose the hours you want to do per day depending on how busy it is on that time. The most challenging aspects of my job is when I have to do graveyard shift and deal with rude people who had been drinking and taking out their frustrations out on me. And on the other hand we have metered taxi guys fighting us and burning our vehicles Besides that it's not that much of a mission to be on the road every day.
Pros: What's bad about my industry is that there are no promotions at all so you rather work harder to earn more.
Cons: 20 - 24 hours a day
