Excellent learning curver
I usually start working in Monday until Sunday on monday i started work on 4am until 21or 22 but on Sunday I work 3hrs for my pocket an car wash money.Relationship is good with me and my client an my boss .I learn so many things like to deal with customers, time management, communication skill,professionalism I enjoy to deal with good customers and bad customers and get new challenge in business because it make me know how people react .The most challenge is when I get a drunk people give he/she givin me o wrong address is a big challenges and sometimes they can't work to get in house ..

Excellent experience in dealing with different riders and working shifts.
Uber is a very good learning curve but it has got its problems....like being a victim of crime. Most of the time you will be working late at night and you get different riders. Now it's not worth doing anymore because you don't make any money because there is a lot of cars and Port Elizabeth is small.
Pros: great opportunity to meet different people and learn different cultures.
Cons: long working hours even on weekends.

Careful driver, hardworker and a law abiding person
the company i am working at uber where it is less safe and you dont really have a steady income and working hours are endless without a steady income. i have learned that in driving safety is a big factor stick to the rules of the road and applying a safe, defenive driving is one important thing, I enjoy working with different people exploring differrent situations and at the end having to overcome that.

I am a jolly candidate whereby i respect each and every client and co-workers.
It is a great transport field whereby you learn how to communicate with different pupils each and everyday. I learned everyday how to handle stress and pressure because you get to different challenges everyday. Working in the Uber and Taxify platform built a lot of relationships with co-workers because drivers are hired daily and it taught me how to understand different characters and races. I enjoyed driving in and out of Gauteng and getting to places I've never been to and extending my communication skills daily. The most challenging part of my job was passengers who will just pick a fight with you for no reason and hijackers but I have learned how to handle such situations.
Pros: This opportunity will benefit me and will help me grow in the company and the company itself will benefit from my hard work.
Cons: 8 Hours mostly depending on the target set for that specific day. Sometimes more than 10 hours.

Exceĺlent learning experience.
I It is a typical long day work as it involve only a commission at the end of day .one has to work until you have raised a commission of two hundred rand a day at least althrough it is not easy to make a day. We have good relationship with my other co-workers . Mostly i have learned a lot in terms of customer relationship and a clear understanding of how to deal with a very diffficult customer. The most challenging aspect is to deal with the racist approach of same customers which is mostly a daily bread in this job.
