It is an extremely high pressure environment with an emphasis on achieving results. The fact that it is very much a sink or swim environment makes you learn a lot faster and develop quicker than you would in other organisations. All in all working with my fellow employees was a joy, they are a very supportive bunch. I have learnt that you have to drive your own growth otherwise you'll get left behind.

Good company to work for
Typical day includes interacting alot with customers, offering them service , packing and displaying merchandise. Relationship with co-workers is great as you get to enjoy talking , working as a team , assisting one another wether personal issues or work related issues . In the company I have learned alot in how to sell products , how to interact with customers .acquired many skills like communication , organisational, planning , presenting skills etc. I enjoy talking to customers and being able to help them purchase products that change/enhance their lives. I enjoy the motivational and encouraging words our manager says to us . I do not really find any challenges because each an every obstacle I face it and overcome it .challenges are were I generally grow in my Job. •opening new accounts •reaching targets •complaints

Cons: Work more than your normal time..be called to work when supposed to be off

Experience opportunities
I'm hardworking and goal driven. I get along well with my colleagues and strive to achieve our targets. I learn fast and I'm very loyal. I'm looking for company I can grow within and show my potential because that's what I'm all about . . .determination, dedication and positivity. Excellent learning but no growth
The Engineering Department analyses that i worked in, optimises and implements solutions to the challenges faced by TFG Logistics and the greater TFG supply chain. They achieve this by applying their expert knowledge in specific disciplines which include; •Business Analysis •Electrical Engineering •Facilities and Materials Handling Layouts •Industrial Engineering •Lean Six Sigma •Mechanical Engineering •Mechatronics Engineering •Process Analysis •Project Management The Engineering team is also entrusted with keeping up to date with latest technology that can be applied to the TFG Logistics environment to improve efficiency
Pros: Great opportunity for show casing my experiences and running projects
Cons: when someone is not in stand by in all 7 dc's alone and they are far apart

It lacks a challenge.
It doesn't challenge me at all,if i were to stay i'd get comfortable and find myself in debt.it's actually good for someone who is still at school who doesnt have much responsibilies.
Pros: Guaranteed provident fund and a medical aid
Cons: Not equiping its staff to search for better opportunities or enable them by conducting trainings and short courses.

Good product knowledge
I enjoyed the job that I was doing, from my colleagues to the products I was selling and that's why sales is not just a job but a career. I've learned a lot from selling to admin, how to treat customers and product knowledge

Good in computer
I studied financial management at Coastal KZN TVET college, i have N4,N5 and N6. I am a hard working person and I am very dedicated in life.i started working for TFG on the 3th of March 2017 and my current position is 108 Flexi.

Dç controller
Currently I am managing a fleet of 8 vehicles with drivers and assistants. I manage the service of all vehicles. My ultimate goal is to apply a service to customers to the best of my ability. I value the input of my team, delegates and fellow management. Ensure that all outstanding traffic fines are paid. Debrief all drivers upon their return. Tracking of vehicles on their daily routes.
Pros: At my current company I am in the same position for 8 years. I feel that it is time to grow but at a different company.

Team player
No job to big to handle,punctual,willing to learn.Mature attitude ,good listener.All aspects of running business smoothly daily.Have fun in what I do.Learnt to trust gut instinct.Plan my days of work to make it easier when understaff.
