So much work load as we work under pressure bt we have a great team work. Good communication skills. Learning more about working with patients though its a bit difficult bt slowly but t surely am learning. Learnin about filling system and how we should file, ways in which u van approach patients an all that.

I have a good relationship with my co-workers and I very much enjoy my work as it gives me an opportunity to learn and grow. what I enjoy most is that I can be who I am and I am given the opportunity to raise my opinion on work related matters. the is no challenging thing about my work as I know everything that I am doing.

Will to learn and become better at what I do to help people and children
as a telephonic Tracer at a healthcare facility my duties are to ensure that patients return to care and ensure that they adhere to their medications..I have to ensure that I call all the patients who missed their appointments and reschedule the date that will be convenient for them to come to the clinic for collecting their treatment and their monthly check ups
