Great opportunity for learning and managing the spread of HIV
My day at work entails relations with clients as i work at the local clinic. Basically i do one on one counselling and testing of HIV, provide health education, do adherence ensure that clients are virus suppressed. I get along well with my co workers as we work as a team and together we ensure that clients needs are meet and the patient goes home with a happy fulfilled heart. Because at the end of the day it is all about saving lives and that for me has to be the highlight of my job.
Pros: The is room for growth as they offer Training that better equip you in your job

Good communication skill
I have reached my full potential as an HR Intern and march is my last month of experience to obtain my Diploma in human resources. um currently working closely with the HRBP's where we act as generalist

I'm learning alot an my mind is more open
It is a great company we get to learn alot of the work we are doing and training is always provided and they make sure that we are sharp employees and do what is needed to do for us to give a better quality service.however growth in the company takes abit of time. Interms of permanent contracts and promotion. The relationship with employees os family oriented we treat each other as one because we have the same goals and targets everyone wants to go higher in the company because the health industry is very very wide and big. The Aurum institute offers individuals a chance of a life time to make a difference in our society that is what makes me love working at the company.

Team player, hard worker and fast learner.
My company values respect, excellence, Innovation, teamwork and Integrity. I have learned to live under those values even outside the work environment. I work with a team full of perfectionists. We respect our work and work hard to archive the goals of the company. We value the health of our fellow human beings hence we encourage them to take their medication. We monitor their progress through out the trial of the study. We focus the most on the vulnerable communities and engage with the community leaders for the support. We work 40 hours per week. We celebrate important events as co workers. We support one another in the times of need. We are reliable and punctual. The challenging part of the job as tracking down patients who give the wrong addresses. I enjoy training's .

Good working experience
the company deals with prevention of HIV and tb. it is good because we are taught good clinical practice. i have learned a lot and still great opportunities for growth

Telling the clients about their HI, helping them to stay positive and ADHERE to their medication, make them accept their conditions Good relationship with colleagues Leant to work under pressure Enjoyed seeing the client Smile after being accepting their statuses V status
