I'm learning alot an my mind is more open

It is a great company we get to learn alot of the work we are doing and training is always provided and they make sure that we are sharp employees and do what is needed to do for us to give a better quality service.however growth in the company takes abit of time. Interms of permanent contracts and promotion. The relationship with employees os family oriented we treat each other as one because we have the same goals and targets everyone wants to go higher in the company because the health industry is very very wide and big. The Aurum institute offers individuals a chance of a life time to make a difference in our society that is what makes me love working at the company.

I'm a perfectionist

I SPEND MY DAY AS A SELF MANAGER SUPPORTING the whole District as a Data System Support Spexialist. I manage and prioritize my work as per calls that are logged ir priority. Mist if my colleagues ahave entrusted me to assust them woth their IT technical or software problems. I enjoy challenging ttasks that place my mind in an innovative mode. The mist challenging aspect of my job is when I have to please every call placed at the same time. But this is where management skills comes and kicks in. I have learned to treat everyone with respect even when they mistreat or undermine you.

Will to learn and become better at what I do to help people and children

as a telephonic Tracer at a healthcare facility my duties are to ensure that patients return to care and ensure that they adhere to their medications..I have to ensure that I call all the patients who missed their appointments and reschedule the date that will be convenient for them to come to the clinic for collecting their treatment and their monthly check ups

Excellent experience in FM, contracts, procurement.

Everyday is different. Seeing that i am responsible for the compansy's Facilities, fleet and assets, there are many challenges daily.I ensure i overcome these daily with the required results.
