Being mindfull of the future
For the past ten years I can proudly say that I have gained a lot of knowledge and experience in the company. My typucal day includes relationship building with my internal and external customers I administer, investigate etc, I enjoy the challenges cause it keeps me focused and allert, I do believe it is important to be analytical in the insurance industry. I have learnt that even though you do the same thing everyday there is always a new lesson in everything. It can become challenging to switch your emotions off when it comes to giving clients or coligues bad news. My motto is to always be mindful of the future .

Great opportunity presented to learn how the corporate insurance industry works
Currently working at Telesure as given me the opportunity to understand how different aspects and departments work together in such huge company, A typical day in my job is managing staff, sales reports, meetings daily and motivating staff to make sales. Luckily we have an awesome vibe between staff and that is great. What I enjoy is every day is not the same day. The current challenges I face as a sales manager specifically in my dept is that the company is looking to outsource due not wanting to upgrade the infrastructure to accommodate what we do as a sales team. The company feels it is more cost effective to do that.
Pros: Not much at the moment
Cons: Long hours and the possibility of facing to be out of work in the next couple of months

Exception company to work for
Looking for another job for personal growth I deal with different client s on a daily basis Interact with clients over the phone and face to face. Assist with coaching and training . Reliever targets daily and monthly

Good communication and typing skills.
Allocattions. Data capturar Administration Sending out stats. I maintain a healthy and good relationship with my colleagues. I have learnt to be patient and understanding. I like the fact that I can learn and develop myself. It can be a challenge trying to assist others when I have alot of work or deadlines to meet.
Pros: Good with time management, reliable, I am able to multi task when required ams and work well under pressure.
Cons: I can be sensitive when approached with by co-workers to listen to their issues but I don't let it interfere with my work. I sometimes don't know when to say no to favours which means I would have to put in more hours to finish my work.

Good learning experience about automotive sector and warehousing
It was a good working environment, with good attitude staff and management. Always open for suggestions and ready for new implemantations. Good learning curve for every staff member and greater chances of advancement for the future. Staff always welcomed to bring along growth and development plans for the company and for the staff future

Term work
I enjoy working as a team because we can help and push each other in reaching our individual target. The most thing i enjoy about my work is that i get to help client with their need and queries which make me explore more with individuals. I enjoy being in my term because we are always willing to achieve more as a term. I very close with my co-worker. The challeges i have experience was when i could not make my target due to the loss of my mother and i had to come to work while i was doing funeral arragement because i was scared i might not make my target which i did not and that was the worse time of my life.
