Good Communication with employers

Working at Stock Market Dynamics is not bad as its a big company and there are no long working hours but the thing is it's not guaranteed! Since it's commission based meaning no client no payment but it's taught me to be Independent and being able to work alone without my employer being around or telling me what to do. The most challenging thing is getting clients to sign up for a trading course which most people think it's a scam

Fast learner

One of the greatest organisation i have ever been around,with good stuff that is easy to get along with. We had a good relationship and good hard working team. This organisation tought me what independence is,what a working relationship should be like,team work,exporing new things i never knew about around the world. It tought me on how to work under pressure and how to handle pressure in a working place. I am greatful for such an opportunity.

Best exposure to client /customer service

I am a sales consultant at SMD. we book aappointments with clients on daily basis. I'm a people's person,. In short, I have learnedto how to deal with different people and still maintain a good working relationship. I have learned openness, honesty and working to the best of my ability creates besta results. Like they say, 2 heads are better than one. Lastly, the most challenging part of the job is that as a cconsultant, I met people out of the office and I was scared for safety and life, especially in this world 're living in today, but by the the grace of the Lord nothing has ever hhappened . Challenging but rewarding

My company is a commission based job with targets to reach, the work place is exciting with very good management who motivates us and reward us with incentives whenever we do a great job. Every job is challenging so is mine,and I think with a little basic salary I can be able to meet clients and sign deals.I've learned that determination, set goals and hard work can get you far. What I enjoy the most is the management is always there to assist when you have problem,in terms of giving advice.

Hard working,able to work other pressure

the company was about making sales on a daily basis,selling the product and explain in to customers,make sure they understand the product very well,meeting with clients and doing presentation based on the product and how it can benefit their lives

Learning curve

I love working with new people and also love working in a friendly environment. Love team work. Shows ths capability of how we communicate in ths office. Focus on my work nmand also punctual.

Excellent learning curve

Great opportunity...I would however consider my decision carefully especially given product sold. Great work environment. That allows for full independence as tools are more than enough. Except there are no leads.

Good Opportunity.

-You work directly with clients, selling them a specific product. -The company is a good place for growth as your work effort is recognised. -The colleagues are great team players, also the management is good and motivates thoroughly. -I have learnt much about selling as I did not have that kind of experience before. -What is challenging the most is dealing with clients who are older, some uneducated. -I enjoyed doing presentations for a group, because I can speak and be understood easily in public.
