Huge potential to earn more money

I have just recently started but my day typically involves looking for leads and pitching the company's service to prospective clients. Since its a purely commission based job employees work alone in the field. The good thing is I determine my own success and how much I can make. The difficult part of the job is dealing with a lot of rejections due to the nature of the service offered. But as an experienced sales person I know this is part and parcel of the profession. I just have to stay focused and determined

Just ok

these no basic salary nothing is motivating , you create your own leads using your own money even on travelling and they tread u like a child as if the are doing u a favour. In short or closing it's a hell of a place

Fast leaner

My goals are to secure a position with highly motivated team where the application of my knowledge and background can be exposed and utilized to achieve the organizational common goals. I also strongly believe that I can do everything that I put my head into, with little supporting, help and time I can do anything.

Gaining more experience

What I have learned in this company is that you earn from your hard Work,I have learned to welcome different kinds of people and their culture,Going out there to meet clients was not easy for me but after i have learned that it pays off and you get to learn from them and also gain more experience i never stopped reaching my goal...

Excellent Working Place, Great Environment to meet all types of people

A great company to work at. Polite and helpful managers, great company for growth. Very Challenging working industry of sales no financial assistance from company like travel allowance, job required excessive traveling

Good learning curve

I wouldn’t recommend it to someone who can’t generate new clients themselves for appointments. Further more you are required to meet 90 clients, generated by yourself, using your own transport and if that target is not met you don’t get any salary.

Pros: Good money to be made
Cons: You have to generate your own clients, meet 90 people each month, using your own transport and you didn’t meet 90 people you don’t get paid.

Excellent company to work for.

- Working basically on appointments and compulsory Monday meetings. - Great team and willing to assist each other always. - Stock Exchange is what I learnt and got to understand. - Enjoy doing presentations for the clients. - Most challenge is when most of your clients keep telling you stories and not signing up for our SMC>

Good Opportunity.

-You work directly with clients, selling them a specific product. -The company is a good place for growth as your work effort is recognised. -The colleagues are great team players, also the management is good and motivates thoroughly. -I have learnt much about selling as I did not have that kind of experience before. -What is challenging the most is dealing with clients who are older, some uneducated. -I enjoyed doing presentations for a group, because I can speak and be understood easily in public.
