Perfect platform to start knowing how things are done in the sales world

To be honest it is tiring cause you have to get your own leads and see to it that you make sales to get paid, and it's a product that people don't actually buy into You use own transport money and there is no starting fee given to see to it that workers gets to the clients

Cons: No startup salary to keep you going until pay day

Marketing and sales

I have a lot of experience in sales and marketing, I am studying marketing right now I am working as an administrator and would love to go back to the marketing world especially cosmetics its the best and I love it

Good Communication with employers

Working at Stock Market Dynamics is not bad as its a big company and there are no long working hours but the thing is it's not guaranteed! Since it's commission based meaning no client no payment but it's taught me to be Independent and being able to work alone without my employer being around or telling me what to do. The most challenging thing is getting clients to sign up for a trading course which most people think it's a scam

Excellent learning curve

Excellent leadership skills from our managers, good team work amongst team leader and their consultants. We are there for each other for a common goal towards the company.

Excellent presentation skills

There education in product presentation is amazing. They also give weekly training on closing. Very good business plan. Potential to earn is great, but dependent on sales which take some time due to the product and it's reputation to the public. Which should be understandable taking into account that it is the stock market. The hours are extremely long and the general sales team, especially the beginners may be unhappy most of the time. This is because of employment happening almost every week. Excellent business strategy by the way. The managing staff are well trained motivators though. Not the greatest work experience in my opinion.

Best exposure to client /customer service

I am a sales consultant at SMD. we book aappointments with clients on daily basis. I'm a people's person,. In short, I have learnedto how to deal with different people and still maintain a good working relationship. I have learned openness, honesty and working to the best of my ability creates besta results. Like they say, 2 heads are better than one. Lastly, the most challenging part of the job is that as a cconsultant, I met people out of the office and I was scared for safety and life, especially in this world 're living in today, but by the the grace of the Lord nothing has ever hhappened . Hard working,able to work other pressure

the company was about making sales on a daily basis,selling the product and explain in to customers,make sure they understand the product very well,meeting with clients and doing presentation based on the product and how it can benefit their lives

Excellent learning curve

Great opportunity...I would however consider my decision carefully especially given product sold. Great work environment. That allows for full independence as tools are more than enough. Except there are no leads.

Good

The job is very challenging but it helps you become confident when addressing people. I gained a sense of self and its imperative to exhume customer service and the information conveyed must not be contradictory to what is offered. The basic is performance managed and there is a target in place. Its taught me a lot about being persuasive but in a manner that epitomise honesty. The most challenging aspects is affordability to buy the course, a lot of people are facing financial constrains and they cannot pay but are very interested. Securing funds from financial institutions is also a challenge as most are overcommitted but working good jobs and earn more than R20 000, but their commitments are too much.
