Archived best perfomance award in my region (limpopo region). Hollard insurance
I have started working with Hollard insurance since 21 September 2015 as branch consultant and was promoted to be the branch manager in December 2016. Working as a consultant i have always been hard working and dedicated. i always influenced my co-worker positively. i strive to bring positive results in order for me to archive my goals that i set for myself within the company. I have a team working working spirit, my team (which is one of my strength) My weakness is that i always help my co-workers to finish their projects first and put mine to hold. In my time of being a branch manager , i have learnt to think out of the box. i have learnt to lead and work together with the team in order to produce what is expected and exceed. Working with people who does not believe in them selves and do not have dreams have always being a challenge to me.

Good learning curve
I wouldn’t recommend it to someone who can’t generate new clients themselves for appointments. Further more you are required to meet 90 clients, generated by yourself, using your own transport and if that target is not met you don’t get any salary.
Pros: Good money to be made
Cons: You have to generate your own clients, meet 90 people each month, using your own transport and you didn’t meet 90 people you don’t get paid.

Excellent company to work for.
- Working basically on appointments and compulsory Monday meetings. - Great team and willing to assist each other always. - Stock Exchange is what I learnt and got to understand. - Enjoy doing presentations for the clients. - Most challenge is when most of your clients keep telling you stories and not signing up for our SMC>

Excellent marketing

It is an interesting job.but I'm interested more in cosmetics
Well it is interesting job. I also enjoy working in teams. And the managers they inspire us to work each and every day.and also they give us opportunity to earn more money. I have learn to respect your co workers to work as a team and also not to be late because ul be late to see your clients. The most challenging aspect of the job is target driven if you dont find clients you don't get paid.

Hard working
i start working as a property consultant from 2012 and i become the agent of the year in 2013 and 2014 i end up on helping and teaching new agent how to make sales i also have sales management certificate. busy with business management now i join the stork market dynamics work as consultant teach client how to join the stock market buying and selling shares

Excellent
The company taught me how to deal/work with clients face to face. Firstly when i joined the company we where a small group of people and they took us for training to help us understand the company better and how to deal with their clients. We get to work with different people from different backgrounds(race&colour). We as consultants we were competing because the more you work hard to bring clients at the company the more you get paid bonuses and commission. Its a great experience because it taught me hardworking and dedication. Each and every monday we where meeting with our team leaders to discuss our team performance and give each other advices. And my job requires someone like me who enjoys being on the road because we go to our clients not another way around.
Pros: If your performance is good you stand a chance to be promoted as a team leader
