Good company to work too

With sterkinekor is a good company to work for they give chance to grow but there is a lack of communications else it is also good for start or to gain experience. The work is a bit challenging to interact with customers made me love my job

Learning platform

Learnt a lot. Hours were as the movies were. Responsible for the team was working with on the day as I was team life leader. Handled customer complaints, had to fix miner issues arising from projection. Opened store and closed it. Handled issuing of floats. Responsible for briefings, allocating staff to do specific post for the day.

Pros: Great learning curve. Gained a lot of experience

Improvement of my personal and professional skills.

Banking is interesting and I love how the work is diverse. I work hand in hand with other finance sections such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, costing section and Payroll on a frequent basis. This experience has broadened my knowledge on finance as a whole and has improved my personal and professional skills.

Pros: Flexibility of working remotely or from the office
Cons: Less probability of promotion due to industry advancements.
