Excellent in leaning

I was doing three shifts,a day,afternoon and night.I was having a good relationship with my collics and my Manager.I started there 2011 and I didnt have any experiance but in two weeks i was doing lots and i am hard worker and i learn as fast as i can.I was enjoying all the departments like Cashier,Cinema Assistance and Box office.

Pros: Great oppotunity for promotion

To work in my company is very nice,because I'm working with different people as I said,I'm nt afraid of new challenged,also a team player who like to work as a team,I welcome customers,create a conversation about the movies with Customer s,take customer complain & compliment.l

Learning to know about customers

I have learned how to deal with customers without consulting manager ,knowing the issue and alway try to satisfy customers needs .a company that alway makes sure that their customers are always happy at all times and making sure that we always handle issues in a convenient way

A good working enviroment to grow as a young person.

Team work is key, and the experiance is a of the best.Meeting new people and growing the customers we have as a day to day work.The making of popcorn and other movie treits on a daily bases shows that you care about the customers and that they need the best survice from us as a team.

Pros: Opportunity for learning more and being the best you can be.

Enjoyable

Working there was very enjoyable though you have to always make sure u reach your target of which we were doing that most time.good environment was what I like the most about sterkinekor and working with lots people everyday did taught me customer service

Opportunities to grow

It was a good and friendly environment where i worked with different people from different cultures. That was great as we learned to appreciate each of us and feel like a family as we spends most of our times at work. Our Managers always made sure we know General work, they will let us work from the office to door. Even if we sometimes had our different but before we log out everything will be sorted and back to normal. Team work and communication is the main thing that made us focus. I managed to learn everything by myself and solve any problems came across. Sometimes staff will make me sad but for the love of my job i will pretend to be happy untill i become really happy. I sometimes forgot that i was at work because it was funny at most.

Always supportive communication comes first

Things are so good at work we work as a team communication is the most important thing we do at work we always give are customer a good service. the most challenging part is when we are sold out but we always support each other.

Good company to work too

With sterkinekor is a good company to work for they give chance to grow but there is a lack of communications else it is also good for start or to gain experience. The work is a bit challenging to interact with customers made me love my job
