The experience is good

It's for someone who doesn't have qualifications, who doesn't family/friends or hobbies, someone who doesn't have needs. There's no future people resign almost everyday because the company doesn't pay and we work so hard,working with different people everyday.

Learning opportunities

When I started working at Sterkinekor I didn't know anything about the company but my preservarance, patient and desire made me wanna know more about. To gain experience I have to work very hard. I started as a cashier I won employee of the week and month. I was presented with a gift as a token of my hard work. Working under pressure and going extra mile are my daily good. I like learning new things everyday. My daily duties is opening the business.,dealing with customers and on the other hand u have to be there for you colleagues as a supporting system. Through my hard work I got promoted as a floor supervisor.

A good working enviroment to grow as a young person.

Team work is key, and the experiance is a of the best.Meeting new people and growing the customers we have as a day to day work.The making of popcorn and other movie treits on a daily bases shows that you care about the customers and that they need the best survice from us as a team.

Opportunities to grow in the company are low

-Fellow employees are educative and helpful -During busy days you would wish you were not there but its helps to understand the costumers more -i've learnet to deal with difficult customers in a good way -Challenging aspect of the job is when customers don't understand that we sometimes do run out of stock

Enjoyable

Working there was very enjoyable though you have to always make sure u reach your target of which we were doing that most time.good environment was what I like the most about sterkinekor and working with lots people everyday did taught me customer service

Customer service,being able to work under pressure and reaching targets.

Working at the movie industry is funny because you work with people and you learn more about customer service.reaching targets and driving your team to always do the best and it helped me alot to know what it means being a leader and team player at once.being able to work under pressure.
